I want to enter into the field of education because I want to see children succeed. I love to let children know that they can accomplish anything that they put their minds to. I want to enter the field of education because I genuinely have a passion to teach and better every child that I can. I aspire to be a teacher because I want to become a great teacher that kids can look up to. I hope to someday be a teacher that when a child grows up they still remember fondly. I also believe that there is never a dumb question. I will tell my students that they can ask me anything, at anytime, and I'll do my best to help them out. I know that becoming an educator isn't easy, and it definitely won't be easy to be one everyday, but if I can remember these reasons why I started out, I know that I can keep myself going. I believe that education is the pathway for life long success. I want to teach because, I believe that all children should have the opportunity to receive the best education available to them no matter their social economic status or race. By providing a firm education, I can pave the road toward a bright future. Finally in conclusion, I know that I chose the field of education because, I know that as a teacher I must motivate, inspire, and encourage my students to strive for success. As an educator it is my responsibility to lift them up when they are down. I believe the purpose of education is to help students prepare for the real world by helping them become independent. The only role that my students have is to come to school prepared and ready to
In recent discussions of unemployment, a controversial issue has been whether a college education is worth the oppressive debt that colleges thrust upon their students. From this perspective, obtaining a preeminent education is not valued above the threat of student loans that constantly loom over the possessor. On the other hand, however, others argue that a college education constructs the building blocks for undergraduates to pursue more than just a job or career. In the words of one of this view’s main proponents, “Post secondary education should help students to discover what they love to do, to get better at it, and to develop that ability to continue learning so that they become agents of change- not victims of it,” (Roth). According to this view, secondary education develops a student’s ability to rise above change and are not lost to its enormous list of victims.
It is my goal to be part of the team and be able to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent lecturer who wants to improve and share my passion for learning and teaching and hoping that I will make a positive contribution as much as possible to this
In conclusion, overall I though have own point of view of the purpose of education. Each person wants to be a something in his or her life like a nurse or doctor things. They want to make own decision in their life what is good for then. People want to be a independent they don’t want to stay under someone
Recently me and my fellow classmates were given the opportunity to interview an urban teacher. The Urban teacher I was given was Mr.Fine, who is an african American male who has taught history and English in urban setting schools in the cities such as Brooklyn, New York and Atlanta, Georgia. Mr.Fine now teaches a humanities class in a private school in London, England. During our interview Mr.Fine really opened my classmates and I eyes, He showed us that not everything that happens in teacher needs to be planned, you should always teach though the multiple lens, do what is necessary then apologizing for them later, and that we need to raise critical analysis to help students become completely aware of their surroundings.
My Philosophy My is name Sonia Pineda, I am a teacher who cares about children education. My dream as an educator it is to guide students toward their learning experiences in their everyday lives. I believe that education begins as early as children born. I want children to able enjoy learning in happy environment.
Education will determine how successful you are in the future, and will lead you to find joy and happiness with all of the things you can accomplish. Also education should be taught while the children is young and has a fresh mind. Otherwise, it’ll be too late and later in life they will regret not learning or trying to work their hardest. That’s why we should really be trying to bring out every child’s dream and potential to be the best person they can be. The main goal of education is like teaching a man how to fish instead of just giving him the fish.
Ultimately, I am in this field because I want to make changes, help, and impact others to become
As a future middle school teacher, I plan on creating a loving and warm environment so that my students will always feel welcomed. I plan on building relationships with every student by getting to know them and letting the students get to know me. The students in my class will respect each other and want to help on another because I will foster an environment that promotes support. I will culturally aware and teach my students to be culturally aware as well in my classroom. My lesson plans will be created for the students and spark motivation for the students to want to learn.
I went into training and I want to continue being a teacher because I love to make a positive difference. Training is a really fulfilling challenge, and as I love learning new things myself, I really enjoy that I get to share my interests. I have had a fantastic experience when it comes to education. I am really grateful to the teachers and trainers who I have had in the past as I feel that they have ignited my passion for learning and development. I was taught from a very young age that everyone should be given the opportunity to develop the skills they need to succeed.
Growing up in a house with a mom who is an educator showed me the importance of education and spreading the love I have for teaching others and helping them grow as a learner. I grew up surrounded by classrooms from a young age. I would hang out in my mom’s room in the morning and after school while she worked. I loved going to school and never wanted to miss a day for any reason. I loved school because of the teachers and staff I had and I would love to be the reason kids love coming to school as well.
A counselor who has greatly helped me throughout high school isn’t technically a counselor at all. At south Summit High School, she holds the title of “ETS Advisor”, but she has far outreached the scope of her responsibilities and continues to help the students of South Summit exponentially. I first met Ms. Regan as I began my seventh grade year. She was the advisor for a program called Educational Talent Search, which I had just entered. Honestly, the first memories that I have of her are ones of intimidation.
I chose this career path because I love working with people and positively impacting them. At college I will be earning a degree while learning how to adapt to life changes and bettering myself. After I earn my degree, my second goal is to raise a big happy family. By being financially stable with my own college degree, I will be
I'm passionate about teaching and be able to see the children learn. I'm a leader with good classroom management skills. I believe as a teacher we need to teach, but teaching is an art and it should be fun for the kids. As a mom (and now a teacher), setting the rules is very important to be successful.
To what extent is Education responsible for poverty and misery? Education is one of the few things a person is willing to pay for and not get. William Lowe Bryan (1860–1955) 10th president of Indiana University (1902 to 1937). Education is one of the chief obstacles to intelligence and freedom of thought. Bertrand A. Russell (1872-1970)
Teaching philosophy is described by Sadker and Sadker as, “Behind every school and every teacher is a set of related beliefs - a philosophy of education – that influences what and how students are taught. A philosophy of education represents answers to questions about the purpose of schooling, a teacher’s role and what should be taught and by what methods.” (Teacher, Schools and Society. 2005). With this definition in consideration, my teaching philosophy is “I believe that children learn best when they are given the chance to choose, discuss and explore what they want to learn, when they want to learn and how they want to learn.
