The murderer used chloroform and duct tape to suffocate the 2 year old toddler. And disposed the body in a black trash bag and placed in a forest wooded area. Found within walking distance from the Anthony residence. This can resonate to a conspiracy theory. With all of the facts and research the researchers came up with it is clear that the justice system has failed Caylee Anthony.
When asking her daughter, Casey, where Caylee was she made many different excuses before finally admitting that she had not seen Caylee in weeks. Police suspected that Casey was responsible for the death of Caylee and after an investigation, Casey was charged
On July 5th, 2011 Casey Anthony was found not guilty for murdering her two year old daughter Caylee Anthony in Orlando Florida. Caylee was found in a trash bag, with duct tape wrapped around her head to cut off air supply. There are many key pieces of evidence in the case that points toward Casey being guilty of the crime. I truly believe Casey killed Caylee, here are a few reasons why.
There have never really been answers about what happened with Casey Anthony when her daughter went missing. A new book is now out about Anthony that was written by Dominic Casey, a private eye the family hired. This new book tells a lot about the case from what he found while investigating Casey Anthony and trying to figure out what happened to her daughter Caylee. Radar Online shared what this new book will reveal. This book actually claims that Casey Anthony drove around with her daughter in the car for five days before getting rid of the body.
During the trial of Casey Anthony, her lawyer, Jose Baez, acknowledged the death of Caylee with a story no one had ever heard until then. Baez states that Caylee accidentally drowned in the pool, and “Casey disposed of her body” due the fear of her father that sexually abused her and supposedly her daughter as well. (Schildkraut). Given the fact that this has never been heard of or acknowledged until this trial comes off as unbelievable. Especially from Casey Anthony’s past of lying.
In the end Casey was acquitted on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child-abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child, however,
However, there no a sufficient evidence to prove that Casey Anthony and her parents know exactly how Caylee died. Caylee's remains were discovered less than half a mile from the Anthony residence with two trash bags, a laundry bag, a blanket, and pieces of clothing showing defects consistent with decomposition (Garavaglia et al., 2008). In this controversial case, there are some patterns that can lead to false child abduction homicides. In a study by Canning and colleagues (2011), many offenders who were involved in child homicides and later reported false abductions were biological parents, with mothers being the most common offenders. In this case after Casey been exonerated the question remain Who killed Caylee
Many Americans did not understand why the Jury found Anthony not guilty. According to an alternate juror, “The prosecution did not prove their case… the big question [remains unanswered], how did Caylee die?” Following her probation, Anthony was faced with bankruptcy in January 2013. A judge granted her a “standard bankruptcy discharge... [Meaning that] Anthony will not have to pay most of her debts.”
Nine years ago, of the little girls in which was killed was two year old, Caylee. And her main suspected killer was able to walk following two and a half years later. Caylee Anthony was the daughter of Casey Anthony, age nineteen when born, and with a father who was both unknown to the court
Other than the fact that almost everyone was against the sentence, which the jury finally said, there were opposers who thought that there definitely was not enough evidence to convict Casey Anthony of murdering her own daughter. As crazy as that sounds, the case itself was compelling enough to pass it on to the jury, thus the jury could make either decision, is she guilty or not, It all depends on which one you believe in a jury trial. It should be known that the jury for the killing is not a detective agency, so, there is an answer, who is the murderer. The goal
The remains were found to be Caylee Anthony. May 24th, 2011 was the day of the murder trial. May 24th, 2011 on this day Jose Baez claims that Casey's father, George Anthony, started molesting her at the age of eight. Baez also says that Caylee drowned in the Anthony family pool on June 16th, 2008, and that George and Casey Anthony covered up the death. Which later she was found not guilty of
Author Terrance Mullins says, “Why this trial? Why this murder? How many American children went missing today alone seemingly ignored by the same media that is myopically focused on Casey Anthony alone?” It is because the television’s reporting of this one trial controls the news and as a result, makes other just as significant topics unimportant. Mullins carries on that this agenda setting causes Americans to become so devoted in one trial “even though said trial holds very little value or relevance to the lives of average
