Many people normally eat food that contains fat but they never known about a type of fat. There are two main types of fat, saturated and unsaturated fats. The part of saturated fat are bad fats and solid at room temperature and unsaturated fats are good fats and liquid at room temperature. Trans fats is a manufacture of a chemical process is know as hydrogenation, it turns liquid oil into solids. Trans fats are unsaturated fat but it has attribution as saturated fat that cause troubles your health. If you consume a diet from many trans fats product people will get illnesses such as heart disease, weight and diabetes type-2. Therefore, people should know about meaning of trans fats,the negativeeffect and prevention.

First of all, eating behaviors, they should eat trans fats no more than 2 kg/day and limiting the amount of fatty foods such as fried chicken, hamburger and cookies, especially in food processing in the form of fat. Moreover, it is better to choose the diet that contains trans fats 0 percent or less than 0.5 grams and eating vegetables, fruits and fish such as salmon, sardine and mackerel that have many high omega 3 fatty acids and DHA. There are also helpful for preventing cell damage caused by Alzheimer’s disease. Other behaviors, people should know about quantity of trans fats for avoid eating too much trans fats, Additionally, people should exercise for burn fat that they have eaten before. According to Moll, clinical studies on aerobic exercises such as jogging, running and aerobics are the most common. The results show aerobic exercises appear to benefit cholesterol the most, by lowering LDL by 5 to 10 percent and raising HDL cholesterol by 3 to 6 percent.
