Many people normally eat food that contains fat but they never known about a type of fat. There are two main types of fat, saturated and unsaturated fats. The part of saturated fat are bad fats and solid at room temperature and unsaturated fats are good fats and liquid at room temperature. Trans fats is a manufacture of a chemical process is know as hydrogenation, it turns liquid oil into solids. Trans fats are unsaturated fat but it has attribution as saturated fat that cause troubles your health. If you consume a diet from many trans fats product people will get illnesses such as heart disease, weight and diabetes type-2.
