The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention. I advised Clark that he was trespassing on private property. Clark acknowledged and stated that he was currently homeless. Clark provided me with his Florida driver's license. Dispatch conducted a wants and warrants check on Clark with negative results. On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
ON 05/01/2017 at approximately 1000 hours, Deputy Thacker and I, received a call from dispatch that the person living a t 7400 quail court, Tarrant County Tx, was tapping into the water line of their neighbors house at 7412 quail court, Tarrant County Tx. At approximately 1020 hours, Myself and Deputy Thacker arrived at 7412 quail court, I made contact with the owner Mrs. Rachel Gilliam. Mrs. Gilliam explained to me that she noticed an external hose connected to her water meter that was leading to 7400 quail court. I investigated the water meter belonging to 7412 quail court and saw that their was a hose connected into the water line that belong to 7412 quail court. I made contact with the owner of 7400 quail court, Brown, James (W/M, DOB 01/29/1989).
On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
On 10-03-2016 at approximately 0950 hours, I Security Officer James Argyro made contact with a male now know to me as Anderson Oberman DOB 03-02-77, who was walking around the gaming floor not actively playing any machines for no less then 20 minutes. I made contact with Oberman and informed him that he was being asked to leave for loitering and who need to leave all Tulalip gaming properties for no less then 24 hours. Oberman left out the south east doors. On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. With the assistance of passerby they were able to get the brown/white Pit Bull away from Ms. Fuentes dog.
Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
The deputy also noticed the license plates from California, what he considered a drug source state. Among other observations the officer concluded that their travel plans of working in construction did not tie with the clothing and lack of tools in the vehicle. The deputy asked for identifying documents which he verified. He returned the paperwork and thanked them for their time dismissing Guerrero and Torres. As the deputy walked he turned around and asked Guerrero several new questions.
On Sunday 01/08/17 at 0312 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at 1551 8th ST NE apartment #A in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amanda Silverman, stated she there was a physical fight with pushing between she and her ex-boyfriend, Kalvin Rutagengwa. I met with Amanda outside her apartment. Amanda said at about 0210 hours Kalvin, who she had been dating for the past year and half, came to her residence. Amanda explained Kalvin did not live with her, but he was invited tonight.
