On Friday, May 26,2017, at 1222 hours, Officer Hudgins and myself, Officer Alexander, responded to a domestic dispute on 3408 Seabass Rd. Upon arrival, both the witness and the suspect were sitting on the front porch. The victim was inside the resident at the time. The parties were brought outside, identified and separated for interviewing. The victim was identified as Olivia Reynolds.

INTRODUCTION: This case involved Gabriel Walton being a danger to himself and others. Walton was transported to Exodus Urgent Care, where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold. Officers learned that the silver Subaru was the vehicle that struck Agnes. Agnes was concsious and alert when I arrived on scene. On 5/27/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5446 Quist Drive reference to a disturbance. Prior to arrival I was advised via radio that a 14 year old male subject was brandishing a weapon towards others. Upon arrival I met with Edward Lohr, who was standing in the driveway of the residence. Edward advised that his girlfriend’s son, Seth Hayes, was lashing out and acting violent. Edward stated that Seth has been elevating his level of violence over the past few days.

Dominic T. Hicks, DOB 05/01/77 is a known Registered Sex Offender that lives in Unit 6 and was a possible match to the suspect description given by the victim. On 06/24/15, I conducted registered sex offender address verification checks and contacted Hicks at 109 Lake St. S. #6 which is his registered address. At about 0900 hours, Cpl. Crocker and Detective Lansing contacted Wehrman at the hospital.

MILLERSBURG — For selling the heroin responsible for a Wayne County heroin overdose death, a former Millersburg women on Wednesday was sentenced to 11 months in prison. Kristin Johnson, 26, of 186 Grover St., Killbuck, previously pleaded guilty in Holmes County Common Pleas Court to trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. At 2:40 a.m. local Sunnyvale Police Officer James Rand stopped a vehicle that had a burnt out headlight and license plate light. When Officer Rand approached the vehicle he found that the individuals Joe Alcala, Bustamonte, and Joe Gonzales were in the front seat. In the rear of the vehicle Officer Rand saw three older gentlemen, Officer Rand then asked the driver if he had identification and the driver (Gonzales) did not have any. Rand then asked the other individuals in the car and only Alcala had a valid license, after producing his license Alcala told the officer that the car was his brothers.

On November 6th, 2015 at approximately 1830 hours I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and contacted by Officer Garrett Dunlap, regarding him being dispatched to 1517 Baltimore St in reference to a sexual assault report. The sexual assault was said to have occurred approximately two weeks prior. Officer Dunlap informed me he arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, Elia Ramirez and her mother, Marcela Ramirez. Elia informed Officer Dunlap that she works at the Sonic, located at York and Chandler. She informed him approximately two weeks ago, while she was at work, she took her lunch break.
