RELATED CASES: None. SUPPORT DOCUMENTS: None. On 09/09/2015, Enrico Notarnicola contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report Criminal Mischief. Mr. Notarnicola advised sometime between 2330 hours on 09/08/2015, and 0800 hours on 09/09/2015, an unknown suspect used an unknown type sharp tool to keyed the driver side of the listed vehicle from the headlights to the taillights while it was parked in the yard at the listed location. He said the entire driver side is keyed from top to bottom, front to back. Mr. Notarnicola said the suspect then fled the scene undetected. He said he and his wife are on the HOA Board and have been the target of many acts of vandalism by adults and juveniles in their community. He was unable to provide
RELATED CASES: None SUPPORT DOCUMENTS: None On 01/21/2016, Daniel Ruther contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft. Mr. Ruther advised between 1600 and 1700 hours on 01/20/2016, an unknown suspect stole the tag off of his flatbed trailer while is was stopped in traffic at the noted intersection. He said he did not see who ripped the tag off of the trailer, but he felt his truck shake while he was sitting in it.
On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.
Alice Odom walked into the Gautier Police Department to report that someone had rifled through her vehicle, 1997 Mercedes and took $50.00. Odom said that there were four vehicles parked in the yard of her residence at 3140 Breakwater Dr. All four of the vehicles were rifled through, but Odom only had money taken from one of the vehicles. The incident happened between 8:00 p.m on 10/03/2016 and 5:15 a.m. on 10/04/2016.
SYNOPSIS: At 0903 hours, on May 5, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to Yemassee Police Department, in the Yemassee area of Hampton County, in regards to an verbal assault between an Insurance Agent and the Mayor of Yemassee. Bobby Arnett, agent from All State stated he was threatened by the Mayor of Yemassee, Jerry Cook, when he attempted to go recover an vehicle from Jerry’s Used Cars. Mr. Arnett stated upon his arrival, Mr. Cook arrived at his business shortly after him and made verbal threats to kill him.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

In 2014, they had a really nice rushing attack that accounted for 254.7 YPG, but the passing game was almost non-existent coming up with an average of only 129 YPG. They took good care of the ball with only 13 turnovers, which indicates they need to find better balance on offense and create more scoring opportunities.
On 12/7/16, at 1008 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a stolen cellular telephone report. Upon interviewing Mr. Angela Roscoe, reporting person who stated that on 12/7/16, Mr. Benjamin Allen stolen his cellular telephone an Apple, IPhone 6 white in color with a black case. Mr. Roscoe stated that Mr. Allen, is his boyfriend, and he also through food all throughout the residence doing an argument the estimated cost of the IPhone 6 $300.00. Mr. Roscoe was issued a case number in reference to the incident.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of the the Ridge Road Center plaza. While behind the plaza, I observed a white, 4 door Mercury occupied by three white males. The vehicle was located in the back of the plaza next to a closed store. As I passed the vehicle all four males continued to stare at me. Concerned that the driver, or passengers may have a medical emergency, or a disabled vehicle, I proceeded to pull behind the vehicle without my lights or sirens activated to inquire.
On 02/12/2016 at about 0830 HRS Scott Chisholm came into the Barton County Sheriff's Office and reported that his machine shed had been entered and items stolen from it again last night. This is the 2nd time in less than a week his shed had been burglarized. I responded to the scene, in the 400 block of SE 20 Ave, on the west side. I followed Chisholm across the sand drive into the grass so as not to disturb any tire impressions or possible shoe impressions. The maching shed sets about 100 yds west of SE 20 Av and has several implements in the area as well.
On 5/27/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5446 Quist Drive reference to a disturbance. Prior to arrival I was advised via radio that a 14 year old male subject was brandishing a weapon towards others. Upon arrival I met with Edward Lohr, who was standing in the driveway of the residence. Edward advised that his girlfriend’s son, Seth Hayes, was lashing out and acting violent. Edward stated that Seth has been elevating his level of violence over the past few days.
The suspect has no outstanding warrants or charges and is not on probation. In June of 2004, the suspect was convicted of several firearms offences and received a mandatory lifetime firearms prohibition. The suspect, Justin “Snipes” Meeches (41), a hardcore fellow gang member of Indian Posse and the victim in this matter had been a long time friend of over ten years.
In the Hit and Run case, there were scene photos taken of Oropeza-Quiroz. Detective Brown printed one of these photos to provide to Hicks for possible identification of “Ricky.” We again met with Hicks in the jail and showed him the photo of Oropeza-Quiroz. Hicks immediately recognized “Ricky” in the photo and said, “That’s him.” I also explained to Hicks that we were still looking at his phone and asked if I had the consent to look at his contact list to find Ricky’s phone number.
On July 8, 1981, three men forced entry into a home in Tampa, Florida. The five occupants of the home were threatened and then robbed by one of the assailants that possessed a shotgun. Afterwards, two of the female victims, ages 38 and 12, were forced into the trunk of the car, driven to a nearby wooded area, and raped by two of the assailants while the third remained inside the vehicle. Left tied to trees, they were able to untie themselves and contact the police, similarly to those victims left inside the recently burglarized house. Luckily, the license plate number of the vehicle being driven was able to be identified in an attempted pursuit.
On 07/01/17, at 3:21pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to Kids Kingdom Childcare and Learning Center (970 Oakland Park Ave), on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and met with complainant Latanya Cox and victim Jamaal Cox Jr. Ms. Cox stated that she sent her grandson outside to retrieve something from her vehicle. When her grandson returned, he stated that a brown and white pit bull was outside growled and approached him. He was able to get inside before the pit bull caused any harm. Ms. Cox escorted me outside where she point out a white house just behind the childcare center.
