On 5/27/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5446 Quist Drive reference to a disturbance. Prior to arrival I was advised via radio that a 14 year old male subject was brandishing a weapon towards others.
Upon arrival I met with Edward Lohr, who was standing in the driveway of the residence. Edward advised that his girlfriend’s son, Seth Hayes, was lashing out and acting violent. Edward stated that Seth has been elevating his level of violence over the past few days. Edward stated that Seth needed to be Baker Acted or arrested. Edward advised nothing physical happened on this day, however stated that an unreported incident occurred on Friday involving Seth and his adopted sister Chelsie Hayes. Edward advised that he heard the two yelling at which time he observed Seth on top of Chelsie. Edward stated that he observed Seth holding Chelsie neck down with one hand and had his other hand in the air with a closed fist giving the appearance that Seth was about to strike his sister. Edward stated that he grabbed Seth hands and pulled him off of his sister to keep him from pushing on her throat and hitting her. Seth stated that he did not report the incident because he “does not like police”. Edward agreed to complete a voluntary statement.

Janet advised that she was in her bedroom while the incident occurred. Janet stated that Seth threatened to “kill them” on this day. On 03-07-16 at about 1839 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I responded to 610 N. Oakland Avenue #5 for a battery with great bodily injury investigation. Upon our arrival we met with Victim Raun Gibson who stated his daughter, Suspect Lanaye Gibson hit him several times across his face and bite him on his right forearm. Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his right forearm as a result of Suspect Gibson bitting him. I saw that Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his upper right forearm. Officer Saunders and I arrested Suspect Gibson for PC 243(d)-Battery with great bodily injury.
On Friday, May 26,2017, at 1222 hours, Officer Hudgins and myself, Officer Alexander, responded to a domestic dispute on 3408 Seabass Rd. Upon arrival, both the witness and the suspect were sitting on the front porch. The victim was inside the resident at the time. The parties were brought outside, identified and separated for interviewing. The victim was identified as Olivia Reynolds.
On October 31, 2015 at approximately 0050 hrs, I was dispatched to police headquarters for a report of simple assault. Upon arrival, I spoke to Brett Fink (victim/suspect) who stated in effect that on the above date and 0030 hrs, he was sitting in the driver side of his vehicle with window rolled down and he was having verbal argument with Brandt, which turned physical where Andrew Brandt (victim/suspect) punched his left year and side of his head. Fink had no signs of injury. Fink stated that he left the area for his safety. I drove to 1249 Williamson St
Mr. Earlington was familiar with Kyree Dobyns and his mother. There were no prior incidents involving this subject. I called Keisha Dobyns (mother) and spoke to her by phone. I confirmed that Kyree was late coming home on October 15, 2015. I asked Keisha Dobyns if she confirmed that her son was in fact at work on October 15, 2015.
Erin could not recall the exact date the incident occurred. The assault occurred in the living room at the above residence. Erin was reportedly sick at the residence with her grandfather and siblings. Suspect Johnston called Erin into the living room after hearing her coughing.

The complainant alleges that the accused detective was rude and unprofessional with her when she called him to inquire about her case report because he told her, "If you make a complaint against me, make sure you tell them about your criminal background, too," and "I 'm not going to arrest anybody since they didn 't touch your son." REPORTER: The reporter/mother (Jackie) called with concerns for the victims, Cheyanne and Savannah. One Saturday night (2 or 3 weeks ago), the mother went through Cheyanne’s phone and saw inappropriate pictures and a video. The reporter said Savannah took the pictures of Cheyanne in her panties and bra. Also, there was a video in the phone where Cheyanne was penetrating herself with a hair brush.
In this case, a divided married couple Charles and Tracey Thurman experienced a vicious split-up. Documents report, the first time Tracey had contact with the Torrington Police Department (TPD) (October 1982) was after her husband became violent towards Charles Thurman, Jr (son) out of the residence. Sadly, officers from the TPD refused to take Tracey's complaint resulting in the escalation of Charles violent behavior. As the violence escalated on November 09, 1982 while Tracey was sitting in her vehicle Charles approached, and started yelling threats and untimely resulting in him smashing her windshield. This was all witnessed by TPD Officer Neil Gemelli as he stood on the street watching Charles activities.
On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. With the assistance of passerby they were able to get the brown/white Pit Bull away from Ms. Fuentes dog.
On 17 August 2016 I, Detective Sergeant Daniel Hunter investigated a reported aggravated robbery that occurred at the Greenway Trail Head off of Hwy 31W located next to 2950 Hwy 31W White House/Sumner County TN. The victim, Mr. Isaac Brant stated that he and his girlfriend, Ms. Payton Cole were walking on the Greenway and was going to meet a Mr. Zechariah Temple who was a former school mate of Mr. Brant. Mr. Brant and Ms. Cole gave statements that Mr. Temple pulled in the parking lot and parked. He was driving an older model, maroon, and Taurus type vehicle. Mr. Brant stated two people jumped out of the vehicle and a larger black male pulled out a semi-auto hand gun and placed it in his rib area.

Short time later Gault mother was looking for him and Lewis family told her, her son was arrested. At the time Gerald was picked up, his mother and father were both at work. No notice that Gerald was being taken into custody was left at the home. No other steps were taken to advise them that their son had, in effect, been arrested.
