Vargas is currently on probation for robbery. Vargas reportedly was not present during the probation search. Abrego contacted Suspect #2 Edward Aguilar and Isla Aguilar inside of the residence (mother of both suspects, 626-354-4521).
Isla advised Abrego that she believed Vargas was in possession of stolen credit cards. Isla retrieved the credit cards from Vargas’ bedroom and gave them to Abrego. Isla reportedly told Abrego she heard several conversations between Vargas and Aguilar about committing robberies. Isla did not hear where or when those robberies occurred.
Abrego spoke with Suspect #2 Aguilar, who reportedly told him that Suspect #1 Vargas stole the listed items. Aguilar did not give Abrego any details of how or where Vargas stole the items. Abrego advised me that he filed a warrant for Vargas’ arrest on a probation violation for not reporting. Abrego advised he is not capable of booking evidence or conducting an investigation of the evidence found in Vargas’ bedroom. Abrego requested the Pasadena Police Department conduct an investigation to determine if the above evidence is in fact stolen property. I learned Woodrow possibly resides at 4 Sqauw Peak Lane, Carson (LASD Carson Station, 310-830-1123). I telephoned LASD Carson Station and spoke with the records department. I was advised a formal request needs to be faxed to the Carson Station records department before any information will be released.
Officer Harrell telephone Azusa Police Department where Susana Christina Deblase resides (Cornejo Way, Azusa CA. 91702). Officer Harrell was advised that Deblase has not filed a police report with Azusa PD.

On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.

On 01-07-16, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to 1790 N. Fair Oaks Ave. regarding Missing Person Martha Chavez-Robles. Upon our arrival, we met with Reporting Party Brittany Dominguez who told us the following information: On 01-06-16 at 1400 hrs. Webber did not break any of the locked windows or doors to enter the van. Instead, Webber entered the vehicle by removing pieces of duct tape holding a thick plastic sheet over a broken window.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of the the Ridge Road Center plaza. While behind the plaza, I observed a white, 4 door Mercury occupied by three white males. The vehicle was located in the back of the plaza next to a closed store. As I passed the vehicle all four males continued to stare at me. Concerned that the driver, or passengers may have a medical emergency, or a disabled vehicle, I proceeded to pull behind the vehicle without my lights or sirens activated to inquire.

In the Hit and Run case, there were scene photos taken of Oropeza-Quiroz. Detective Brown printed one of these photos to provide to Hicks for possible identification of “Ricky.” We again met with Hicks in the jail and showed him the photo of Oropeza-Quiroz. Hicks immediately recognized “Ricky” in the photo and said, “That’s him.” I also explained to Hicks that we were still looking at his phone and asked if I had the consent to look at his contact list to find Ricky’s phone number.

Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. Perez had Mcelroy complete a witness statement form.
Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the murder of her two year old daughter. But with all the research and facts that I have found Casey should have been found guilty. With the evidence that I provide will prove that Casey should have been guilty and charged with first degree murder of Caylee Anthony.
