An important part of Nora’s job is to fully understand the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, Zoom whitening and oral care products to be more efficient on this competitive market. She is also responsible for direct business-to-business selling and providing up-to-date information to dental professionals on the details of professional products. The central part of Nora’s job includes developing and executing territory business plan based on driving product usage, recommendation and sales results within existing, new, and Enterprise accounts. A further administrative task that Nora handles are utilizing the customer relationship management system (CRM), sales management data, and dashboard tools on a daily base to track activities and enter product orders. She must also follow company policy while completing all administrative duties. One of the essential parts of being a successful sales person is to be able to cultivate successful partnerships with internal sales and marketing teams to efficiently maximize territory coverage. To maximize sales, Nora must organize her sales territory and routes for adequate coverage of all dental professionals within assigned geographical area. It is crucial to develop partnerships with inside sales team to maximize area coverage and efficiency; therefore, having good communication skills is a must for Nora’s position. In addition to daily sales responsibilities, Nora also participates in professional education events within the dental industry to provide information about new technology and new products available.
The career that fascinates me and what I plan to be when Im older, is a Dental Hygienist. A dental hygienist is a stressful job, but it helps a lot of people. You are helping people get better teeth and even look better, because when people have straight pretty teeth, they seem to have an upgrade in their looks. I haven’t always wanted to be a dental hygienist, I had many other career choices. But, something about making people smile when I’m the reason they look good doing it makes me happy.

Not every seventeen year old can tell you what they plan on majoring in without changing their mind but not me. I’ve always been interested in teeth. I plan on studying Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University because I want to be exposed to more than one learning environment. When I receive my bachelors in Dental Hygiene I want to stay in Flagstaff for a couple years and eventually go back to school in order to become a dentist but I would rather be practicing dental hygiene than go to dental school for a long period of time.
Mr. Leroy West is a recent alumni of Michigan State University with a keen interest in sales and marketing. After graduated Mr. West assumed the role as a Sales Development Representative for Whirlpool Corporation. Mr. West is currently an SDR for the brand Maytag and is currently in sales training for his new role with company. My ambition to study Dental Hygiene and Therapy at University commenced in my teenage years, when I first came to London and visited the dentist. The professional approach coupled with a kind and compassionate nature and all of the different instruments and scientific technology the Dental Hygienist and Therapist used fascinated me. I am currently studying Dental Nursing at Teesside University. This course involves providing correct support to the dentist at the chair side, reassuring and supporting patients, maintaining a gold standard clinical environment, charting, dental anatomy and physiology. Studying this course has enhanced my knowledge of dental terminology and procedures as well as the anatomy of the oral cavity.

Dental Hygiene Program Essay Introduction When you are young, you are asked: "what do you want to be when you grow up?" Most children would reply by saying a superhero, a professional basketball player, a model, etc. My response was always, someone who can make a difference in an individual's life. Finding out how I was going to do that exactly was challenging until I reached my junior year in high school.
During this survey a framework was designed called RE-AIM which stands for Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance, the program was designed to teach healthcare providers the proper way to manage, maintain, and improve oral hygiene care in long term care, veterans. The program implemented that the long-term care, veterans would receive oral care two times a day daily. Once this program was implemented it was found that not only were staff not properly trained in providing good oral hygiene they did not have access to the proper materials to provide oral care. DOHP composed key components that were to be mandated. 1) Clear expectations for direct care staff regarding oral care.
Ever since I was young, dentistry had sparked my interest for my career. Dentistry appeals to me chiefly because I had always wanted to be involved in a profession where I can help people. My love towards human biology especially human teeth also contributes to my career choice. Most importantly, I find human teeth interesting, often fascinating. Due to my compassionate nature, I have since long known that I would want to pursue dentistry as my career because I get to form relationships with my patients, work hand in hand with many people on a face to face basis.
