DISTANCE LEARING- FROM REEL TO REAL
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. –Maimonides
Education has an important impact in shaping the future of a being by teaching skills that can prepare them physically, mentally and socially for the world of work. There have been many innovations in improving and expanding the reach of Education. But, the one that interests me most is Distance Learning.

Advantages:
1) Cost effective.
2) Immediate feedback and collaboration with instructors and students.
3) Physical barriers of distance are eliminated.
4) Global and accessible for all learners.
5) Flexibility
Disadvantages:

Underlying Assumption: Distance learning is a boon for those with physical and mental disabilities. Many of them are not able to school or colleges and Distance Learning brings the school to them. This form of learning, as great as it is, might leave the learner often questioning and grieving of not being able to be a part of a regular learning environment. New plan and Goals:
The solution is not to just provide student with learning material but to create a system that lets them see their form of learning as a privilege rather than a compulsion and also make it possible for them to interact with fellow learners.
There is another approach which will look at such individuals not as learner but as Educators. We can never truly understand what a person is going through unless we have been in their shoes. Such people can be provided with employment opportunities who can be trained and act as tutors for the next batch.
This can be achieved by providing such learners with a real-time learning environment through Holographic technologies, Robotics and 3D printing techniques.
Consequences:
Specially abled learners will emerge as confident and professionally trained individuals who are ready to penetrate the industry and create a satisfactory and self-reliant environment for
Whatever the reasons of students’ learning difficulties are, one thing is sure: the solution proposed by Singleton would only make their struggle harder. In this particular case, failing students and “keeping them at one level until they did in time, one way or another, learn the material,” as suggested by Singleton, could only bring positive effects if it went hand-in-hand with the development of a comprehensive learning support
So many times a student gets bored of school or isn’t motivated to go to school and do their homework. Also students are very shy and don’t like asking questions about what they are learning if they
Instead a program should be created to help students change their ways and their knowledge to it’s full
English-language learners (ELLs) with special needs belong to a minority group and require specific direction for educators on how to help these students in the school context and how to help to improve their educational outcomes. A Philosophy of Special Education The profession of teaching can be challenging at times. It is a constant juggling act of ongoing responsibilities; including classroom management, engagement, and curriculum. Add in the prospect of teaching multiple students with special needs and it is downright overwhelming.
Learning from experience According to some researcher’s experiential learning theory (ELT) has been widely used in management learning research and practice for over thirty-five years. Building on the foundational works of Kurt Lewin, John Dewey and others, experiential learning theory offers a dynamic theory based on a learning series driven by the resolution of the dual tensions of action/reflection and experience/abstraction. These two dimensions state a holistic learning space wherein learning transactions take place between individuals and the environment.
