Abortion is Not The Answer
Mother Teresa once said, “There are two victims in every abortion: a dead baby and a dead conscience.” Although abortion is something that has become normal and generalized in today’s society, people believe it is not the right answer and a much bigger problem that is heavily overlooked. Many people think that abortion is a woman's right and that they should be able to have access to one whenever needed, but others believe the opposite. When considering the rights and wrongs of abortion, science, religion, and irresponsibility should persuade viewers not to choose this option.
The pro-life side of this topic used scientific research to support their

The question remains; even though abortion is legal, is it moral? The Bible clearly states that the killing of innocent babies is forbidden. Bible verses can back up their argument, such as Deuteronomy 27:25, “Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to strike down an innocent person.” In addition, the Bible repeatedly uses the same word for both a born and an unborn child. God didn’t create a difference between the two, but rather a child is a person at the beginning of life no matter what, and they are able to grow and develop inside and outside of the womb. A lot of people are not Christians, so they don’t care what the Bible says or how it applies to life. Christians, though, believe the Bible shows how God knew us and had a plan for us even before conception, and he so carefully designed us into his perfect image …show more content…
Many teenagers are uneducated about this subject. Most teenagers lack proper sex education, and this eventually leads to teen pregnancies (Arend). Thus, the teen didn’t expect this outcome, so she got an abortion because she was too young and immature to be a mother. Therefore, if a teenager is going to be irresponsible and live carelessly, they have to be ready to undergo the major responsibilities of a child. Even if the woman was to keep her child, at that young age, it is challenging to raise a child, considering financial problems, education of the teenager, and living conditions. Also, continuing education while taking care of a child is no easy task, and this could eventually affect future jobs and relationships. All in all, many people think that abortion is not the answer when someone chooses to have unsafe sex at any age and gets pregnant. full responsibility for your actions if you choose to have unsafe sex at any
In the case of rape, an abortion would be morally tolerable, such that the fetus being formed does not one have the amount of rights as a fetus that was created from intended conception. (Thomson 5). When we are faced in the case such that a baby is to be born from rape, the baby is looked down upon in shame, as well as the mother. In the Christian religion, a baby conceived from rape, is a sin and is not God’s will. (Thistlethwaite 1).
Pregnant minors are often in poor situations, going to extreme measures to terminate the pregnancy and keeping it hidden from their guardians. This often causes more harm. Also, women are informed of the procedure and are required to complete the 24 hour waiting period. This makes many feel self-conscious or guilty, turning them away from having an abortion. All of the information must be reported to the state, as well.
A fetus is also a life. All lives are equal and a fetus also has the right to live. It is inhumane to deprive a life’s basic rights. It is even immoral to kill animals that have human characteristics,
Daily Inventory #4 In his article, “Abortion is Murder”, Dan Ridge argues that people focus on children that are born and do not focus on those who are in the womb. Ridge supports his argument by saying that an unborn baby in the womb is still a child, has a unique DNA, and that he or she should be valued as a human being. His purpose is to tell people that getting an abortion is wrong because you are still killing a human being in order to get people to think about the life they are carrying in their womb before having an abortion.
In Contemporary Survival-Horror. ", the author writes “Prolife and pro-choice arguments emphasize the sanctity of life and of individual rights…” (Jones 431). This proves how debatable this topic is, however I am 100% on the side of
Today in society there have been so many young women who have had unplanned pregnancies and have been undecided on what they are going to do with their babies. Apparently, most women plan on keeping their babies other on the other hand prefer to get an abortion. Today in society we have only have early abortions for women that are not close to having their babies and that they are still in their early trimester. Women who are in their late trimester are unlikely to get an early abortion because their babies have developing well in every trimesters . Also we have women who are already mothers go through these kinds of situations as well.
Teenage girl might get an abortion because she doesn’t want her parents to find out and college is an easier option. A woman who was raped and got pregnant might get an abortion because she doesn’t want to be reminded of it. Some might get an abortion simply because they can’t afford to have the baby and doesn’t want to bring a child into that kind of life. Others might get an abortion to cover up an affair. Since there are so many different reasons for having them people have different views on it.
On one side of the argument people believe that it 's wrong to kill an unborn child because all life is important regardless of if there born or not. Often the people who are “pro life” are also Christian or belong to another
One of the reasons is that many young woman dont't make right decisions. Like when they are at a party and they have alcohol in there system, they really don't whats going on and they end up having sex. Most of the time the guy is the same and well he doesn't use a condom. In this case, the guy really does not want anything to do with the kid and decides to leave the mother of the child. And what mother wants to raise a baby without having the father there.
Abortion is not only a fluctuating concept in our society, but an ethical and emotional debate, as well. The image I have chosen presents concepts from a cultural and historical background, as well as presents an ethical, emotional, and logical appeal to the audience. The debate about abortion has simply been overblown and exhausted. The truth of the matter is, abortion is murder. Ending a life, whether innocent or guilty, is murder.
They talked about seven lies pro-choicers believe but are morally incorrect. For example, pro-abortionist believe abortions are needed to prevent overpopulation. When in reality, America and many other countries are below the replacement rate needed to have a steady population. They provided evidence of doctors that confirm their argument that human life begins at the beginning of conception. This source is most valuable for my essay because it helped me understand the views of pro-life.
The baby even if in the very early stages of lifetime, has a right to life, a purpose and a future, and should not be punished. Each of us was a zygote and then grew up in to a person. This person is a unique one, a part of the society, living his life and has future plans and of course glad that he was felt worth and given a chance to be
Abortion is murder. The killing of a innocent human being is wrong . i don 't think abortion is right i think it s really wrong .Whether than getting a abortions you should think about putting your baby up for adoption. Also,At least 38 states have passed similar fetal homicide laws.
I believe that women should wait until marriage to have sexual intercourse with their partner. Abortion is immoral, because it is the intentional killing of a human being. And the life of the victim or the mother is filled with guilt and self pity. There are many people that are willing to take or to adopt children, people that can't have nchildren of their own. Abortion is a very complex and emotional thing to go through, it is another name for murder, it is against everything that the church stands for.
Never mind the morality of abortion, even the health risks are unbelievable. When a woman receives an abortion she runs a 65 percent higher risk of clinical depression and 160 percent more likely to be hospitalized for psychiatric treatment. Abortions create more complications than going full term with a
