George Orwell's Animal Farm

“All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” In this case, they are using more equal to justify their preferential behavior. Animal Farm, by George Orwell, is a satire on the Russian Revolution. Satire is a way to use humor, irony, or over exaggeration in order to criticize people’s ideas. Animal Farm illustrates how leaders become corrupt because they abuse their power, the people receive unequal treatment, and the leaders manipulate and oppress the working class.

They often teach the societies about what has happened during the past, the present and the future and they may even inform people about the future just like how George Orwell did. George Orwell was a writer whose work includes the famous novels Animal Farm and 1984. George Orwell is a pseudonym of Eric Blair (1903-1950).

George Orwell’s Animal Farm portrays every character and situation leading to World War II. In Animal Farm the Bourgeoisie, or the middle class, is played by a mare named Mollie, who loves ribbons and bows. Mollie craves attention and wants to be spoiled and pampered. Other characters living on the farm include the pigs on the farm, Napoleon and Snowball, who come up with the idea to overthrow Mr. Jones, the farmer. After all the animals are on board with their idea, known as communism, they act together and eventually the farm becomes theirs.

Animal Farm by George Orwell is a satirical allegorical novel reflecting the events leading up to the Russian Revolution and then on into the Stalinist era of the Soviet Union. The character Napoleon from the novel would wear a spiked boot if he were to wear shoes because of his opposition to Animal Farm, tyrannical use of power, and Machiavellian methods. The quote that best represented Napoleon from the book was, "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”. This metaphor reveals how Napoleon believed every animal was equal, but he was more entitled.

In Goerge Orwell's famous literature piece, Animal Farm, one of his characters, Snowball, has effective techniques and shows careness for his comrades like Leon Trotsky during the Russian Revolution. Snowball and Trotsky share their effective techniques. In the early October, Farmer Jones with the help of other farmers were planning on capturing the Manor Farm back. Already expecting this, the animals were already prepared to go against them.

He orders animals to work for him, treat him, and luxurize him more than any other animal. Animal Farm -the history of a rebellion that went wrong- is George Orwell 's brilliant satire on the corrupting influence of power. It was first published in 1945. According to Orwell, the book reflects events leading up to the Russian Revolution of 1917 and then on into the Stalin era in the Soviet Union. In the book, Mr. Jones, the owner of the Manor farm is so lazy and drunken that one day he forgets to feed his livestock.

Wouldn’t have the other animals at some point seen him becoming a dictator and stopped him? It is my belief that Napoleon gradually took power in small increments over a long period of time until he gained complete and total control over Animal Farm. First, the pigs started to take the milk and apples for themselves. Then they move into the farmhouse and start sleeping in the beds. Napoleon takes nine puppies and trains them to become his bodyguards and soldiers, enabling him to chase Snowball out, leaving him the sole leader of Animal Farm.

The chapter starts a few days after the executions of the animals who claimed that Snowball had forced them to commit treasons. The animals recalled the 9th commandment that read "Thou shall not kill." Clover asked Muriel the goat to read the commandment which was changed to "No animals shall kill anyone animal without cause. " They blamed it on their faulty memory and believed in the changed commandment. The Animals worked even harder as their rations kept decreasing.

A dystopia is when everything is ban and is going wrong while a utopia is the exact opposite of that and is when everything is perfect and everyone is equal with no problems occuring. We can see that utopias are an impossible thing to accomplish as several people have tried and have failed as they realized that it is just to hard with all the differences of people and all the ways of life someone will always be unhappy. We can see this in the book Animal Farm by George Orwell that when a utopia was attempted there were several problems such as corrupt leaders which is a problem that will always be there, also people can only be equal to a certain point. If anyone wants to run a government there will always be problems it is inevitable. That

The dichotomy between people’s aspirations and actions are achieved through animal depictions in the novella Animal Farm. Orwell's story shows the communist movement with the personification of animals working toward freedom from human control. Also, Orwell conveys some of Marx’s concepts from this period of time through the use of conflict and irony.

George Orwell’s Animal Farm is a novel about a farm whose animals are inspired to rebel against the head farmer Jones, and his farm hands to take over the farm. The pigs, who are the brains of the farm, come up with seven commandments that say how the animals should act. Some animals can’t seem to remember them though, so they come up with a much simpler thing to remember: “Four legs good, two legs bad.” The name of their system is Animalism. Slowly the rules are are shifted by the pigs and one pig rises to the top.

Imagine a community with no hate, no war, and no famine. A place where everyone is accepted and everything is better than imaginable. This idea of perfection is known as a utopia, an ideal society. A utopia is known as a successful, perfect society. A place where everything goes right for everyone that lives there.
