The chart has horizontal axes. I would say that they are formatted and labeled correctly because they are on top of another which makes it easy to comapre the information and it has data labels at the end of each bar so you can compare the information not just by how it looks.

The background might want to be a darker color because one of the bars is a light green and may blend easily for color blind people or people who just have bad eyesight, especially on screens. Also, the first piece of data is kind of off the topic of the rest of the chart. The chart is called types of bullying, which it includes. But the first piece of data given is “Bullied at school”. This could be put into the title so the information that this is
“Types of Bullying at School for Children Ages 12-18” is given but it is just out of place in the actual chart.

The bar graphs can be easily interpreted without looking at the specific numbers, but there is a scale available at the bottom for readers who seek the specific numbers. Pathos is conveyed through color schemes, font, and the design of the visual. The color scheme used is dark red, with a grey background and black texts appeals to the pathos of the viewers. The font use is not conventional, and gives a grotesque and unsettling feeling for the viewer.
Maps are a little harder than images because you need to know what the map is trying to show. Once you figure that out though, putting it in your DBQ should be easy. Charts are documents with information in an organized and easy to read form. Many charts will give you information that you can put straight into your DBQ, but sometimes the chart will give you seemingly useless information.
