In the forensic investigation, there were 6 pieces of forensic finding used in Timothy McVeigh trial. The first set of the finding was the earplugs that he wore to silent the noise of the explosive. Meanwhile, there was a trace of residue found in his jean pockets along with two t-shirts and a knife with the sheath. Therefore, due to the positive mixture founded on McVeigh, the prosecutor believe that McVeigh was involved in making a bomb from a mixture of ammonium nitrate and fuel oil. An Oklahoma State Trooper noticed a missing license plate on a yellow Mercury Marquis conducted a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle that was pulled over was Timothy McVeigh, who was about 80 miles north of Oklahoma City at the time of the stop. The FBI quickly pieced together the timeline of when he was stopped and arrested, and determined it was only 90 minutes after the bombing of the federal building. The FBI collected McVeigh’s clothes and sent them to
The rental agreement for the truck and McVeigh’s driver’s license both used the home address of Terry Nichols (Saferstein, 2011). McVeigh’s fingerprints were also located on the receipt for 2,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate, which was used to make the explosives (Saferstein,

Annotated Bibliography: Racial Profiling This is an annotated bibliography researching the reasons for, effects of, and solutions to racial profiling by law enforcement in the United States. I am researching racial profiling and is it justified in law enforcement.
It does not happen very often: Fifty youths are protesting with signs like “Let us vote” and chanting things like “Our voices matter,” outside the office of Ohio’s Secretary of State Jon Husted in Columbus, Ohio, then, suddenly, they learn that they’ve won. “We did it!” protest organizer Meredith Whitaker, 17, shouted into a megaphone. “We’re showing the government that they might not care about us, but we care about them.”
How would you think someone felt if they were stopped by officers based on their looks? Racial profiling has been a problem for a long time. Racial profiling is when a law enforcement official believes someone committed an offense based on that person 's ethnicity, race, religion and national origin. A form of policing that is usually used in law enforcement is the Terry Stop or the Stop-question and frisk method. This is a method where people are stopped and suspected of doing a crime.
300359810 Mrs. Fahey ERWC 12-Period 2 14 September 2015 Racial Profiling Racial discrimination is becoming a major problem in today 's society. Our nation is facing problems based on the discrimination on race, ethnicity, religion or national origin. Racial profiling is a clear violation of the civil rights of the United States.
Racial profiling occurs when law enforcement officials target individuals because of their race rather than because their behavior suggests they have broken or will break the law. Racial profiling can and does occur in a variety of different ways. Some forms of racial profiling most commonly discussed in the United States today include the practice of stopping African American drivers, singling out Latino/as for immigration checks and searching Arab Americans in airports. It can become a part of all types of decisions law enforcement officials must make, from deciding who to stop, who to arrest, on whom to use restraints and on whom to use lethal force.
Racial Profiling in America Racial profiling is defined as refers to the targeting of particular individuals by law enforcement authorities based not their behavior, but rather their personal characteristics ( The Leadership conference) . This is another mechanism for racial discrimination backed by the law. According to the The Leadership conference, racial discrimination is not solely on race, but based on religion, ethnicity and national origin.
First of all there are three of the same virus on the system that was scanned. That virus is called Win32/DH{eRUTxVzF3U} and it is one of the bad viruses that we do not want on our computers. The virus can replicate itself and attach and infect the files it attaches itself to. Once it starts to replicate itself that will take up space in your hard drive and make it so that you have less space for you to use. The virus can change the file that is in on or steal the information that inside that file, and it can send itself to other computers so that it will spread and continue replicating itself.
Racial profiling by law enforcement is commonly defined as “a practice that targets people for suspicion of crime based on their race, ethnicity, religion or national origin” (“Racial Profiling”). Racial profiling can be done because of stereotypes like “Blacks and Hispanics are more prone to crime” (Niller). However, that doesn’t mean that is alright for officers to “stop and search people” (“The Problem”) or shoot them because they look agitated. The power to stop and search is given by the fourth amendment requires that the police have a “reasonable suspicion that a crime has been, is being, or is about to be committed before stopping a suspect.
