I Learning Analytics is a process to analyze the learners which improves the educational performance. Learning Analytics also helps the higher educational institutions to improve the educational practices and techniques. To increase the number of students continuing higher education, the future research work is towards the design of a system for students to choose courses in the Indian universities using Learning Analytics. An efficient course advisory system can enhance the student performance. Such course advisory system minimizes the drop outs in higher education due to improper course selection. Course advisory systems also help the higher education institutions to plan the education system by knowing the demand for each course in an efficient way. Course advisory systems assist the teachers to discharge their duty by knowing the students strengths and other capabilities. Employability can be enhanced if the requirements from the industry are incorporated into the education system. Hsun Tzu as a great scholar and philosopher was born 300 BCE in North Central China. He argues that for one to become virtue, he or she should change the feelings and behavioral trails of all mankind. He was also a spoke person of education and articulated that by extreme training and loyalty to learning could result in virtue. In addition, he relates the process of teaching a child the right way to live as being difficult, but if done properly the process will live forever and will transfer from generation to another generation. In other word, he was a brilliant Chinese philosopher who wrote figuratively and base his writing on situation of the real world that could be easily argued.

The School and College Administration should be bound to Revise practices, policies, and regulations to ensure complete privacy and information protection while enabling a model of assessment that includes ongoing gathering and sharing of data for continuous improvement of learning and teaching. ii. The School and College Administration should design, develop, and implement learning dashboards, response systems, and communication pathways that give students, educators, families, and other stakeholders timely and actionable feedback about student learning to improve achievement and instructional practices. iii. Choosing a college major is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life. The effect choosing a college major has on one’s life is much like a small ripple in the middle of a vast ocean. In the students senior year it is a simple seemingly inconsequential click of a button on an online application. But by the time this once meek ripple reaches the shore of the students’ life it has already transformed into a great tidal wave that has influenced their life every step of the way.
By reflecting upon personal, work and school experiences, this paper has provided evidence of my personal progress since the beginning of my bachelor. Using a critical reflective approach has allowed me to recognize my mistakes and lacks of and reflect on them as well as learning how take advantage of my strengths. Using the CareerEDGE model and the NTU Graduate Attribute Matrix to structure this report, I have identified several key learning points; • I have identified relevant opportunities for my upcoming master degree. • I have now, a deeper and clearer understanding with regards to global openness and global mindset. • I have acknowledged ways I can continue to progress and improve my skills and attributes in order to reach a full employability potential.
According to Dr. Banerjee (2015) students gives more ideas about the task assigned to them in collaborative learning process. Each student has a very important role in having a collaborative work. Learning is what students “do” and not what they “get” as passive receivers. The teachers are the facilitators of the students and not the “giver” of knowledge. Through this process the students learn not by being fed the information, but rather giving their own insights on a certain topic as well as the insight of others.
In today’s world where the survival of the fittest is the norm, it has become critical to sharpen soft skills along with hard skills. Soft skills play a vital role in the success of an organization and therefore, their significance cannot be overlooked in this age of information and technology. Considering the fact that during the last decades, the role of soft skills for a successful career has increased notably, it is of high importance to acquire adequate soft skills beyond technical knowledge and expertise. There is infinite growth in well-paying job opportunities due to liberalization, privatization and globalization. Carr (2000) reported dropout rates as high as 80% in online classes and suggested a rule of thumb that course completion rates are often 10 to 20% higher in traditional courses. (Ni, A. Y, n.d.) Thus, it is very challenging for the participant to actively seek for the help, learn and figure it out the material independently without any help from friends and others. Some of students may not have the skill to be the effective learners and after that triggers them have lack of motivation to learn independently. Especially with students who new to higher education, they tend to feel extremely depressed when faced with particular academic challenge and get easily to drop out.(Bejerano, A. R. 2008)
Don 't follow your friends, because they take a certain class it doesn 't benefit you in the long run. When picking classes, learn about the classes that they provide. In the field you want to pursue, and if you don 't know what field pick what interest you. There is a class called Advancement Via Individual Determination.
It is very helpful for the distance education, students and teachers themselves and they also seen the advantages of educational technology. Educational technology was growing day by day in the classroom system and students of new generation were ready to work on latest technology which play important role in learning and acquiring cognitive knowledge. Students are most essential asset for any educational institute. The social and economic development is directly linked with student academic performance. Hypothesis There are many effects of digital learning on the academic performance of IT3A. To widely inform the students about their lessons; by using digital learning, it helps the students gather more information. By the use of technology, the student can easily learn by their self and feel comfortable while learning. Also, digital learning helps the students to be more active in their lesson because technology is widely used and is easy to use. Lastly, technology helps the students to improve their skills especially, to the students who want to improve their knowledge in order for them to be succeed in the future.
