Basketball is a suitable sport for kids that help them to build their muscles when they make a lot of running, jumping, and shooting, improve their teamwork when they make a lot of passes to each other during the basketball game, and promoting their competition when they work together to becomes a winner against another team in the end of the game.
Basketball makes the kids muscles stronger like other sports. During the basketball game they do mass of running, jumping, and shooting. These activities help them to build their muscles stronger before. For example, when a basketball player wants to make a jump shut he should get the ball and then should jump and make a shut. It is obvious these activities can build his muscles.
Basketball is a team sport. All player cooperation in offends and defends. When the kids play basketball as a same team, not only they should make several dribbling, but also they should pass the ball to each other a lot.
