“Its up to parents to choose a curfew.” Annually, some parents dont know when to make their childs curfew. They want to limit their kids time in the outside world, but dont want to limit them to much. But Briars shouting was too loud this time to ignore by going in my room and shutting the world out. So I found myself swinging on the swing set we kept in our back yard for the kids to play on when they came over for day care. Deep in the night, there is so much life. But tonight, there is one lost person, one lost man, one lost soul. He wanders along a dark path, one without return. I had awoken on a dusty bus stop bench near a busy street corner at dawn. Blinding white light singed my eyes and I could see only pale shadows of people busily passing me. I felt a dull ache in my skull. "Why do I do this to myself?" I sat up slowly and set my quivering feet to the ground.

It was a dark stormy night as I drove home from work. I was taking a long winding road with many curves and no lights. I had seen the speed limit but I didn’t care I just wanted to get home. I thought that if i had made it through the other curves at this speed I would be fine.

Carl Pickhardt, believes the curfew law helps keep youth off of the streets especially when it is late at night. Risks can become greater as the hour gets later, with more people who are out being fatigued or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Having an early school start time can be a huge threat to teens. Not getting enough sleep can lead to sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation is very dangerous to teens because they are at a critical stage of development. According to a 2006 survey from the National Sleep Foundation, about 87% of American high school students are chronically sleep deprived. Another study of nearly 28,000 high schoolers from the Journal of Youth and Adolescents, found that for each hour of sleep lost there is a 38% increased chance of feeling sad and/or hopeless.

On a breezy Saturday night, I walk past a hollow road, as I descend the road a bright flash caught my eye. I just couldn 't help but get closer and figure out what it is. I must be crazy, I 'm walking alone on a Saturday night when I could be with friends enjoying the typical Saturday evenings. But I realize, I am too old for that and sometimes you just need a break from it all, thus, my reason for walking on my own clearing my thoughts.

Many people usually use the simple word stress when they start to feel that they have too much work or have to meet a certain deadline and when they have too much to do. Most people feel like they can’t finish the work. They feel like there is no stopping or finish line to the certain thing they are doing. Not all stress is bad, there is also a good type of stress that we live around with and sometimes we don’t even know it.

Curfews Curfews are regulations that require people to remain indoors between specified hours, specifically at night. Many people believe that curfews aren't very effective for a teenage kid, and they think that curfews can make teenagers sneak out behind their parent’s back and cause them to be in trouble. However, Curfews should be taken very seriously and they should be imposed by parents on their teenage children. Curfews are very important; they keep teenagers out of trouble and teaches them responsibility and respect. Parents usually set a curfew for their teenage children, in order to keep them safe and protected

Manufacturing Teen Curfews Mandatory curfews have been instituted throughout the country as a means to help teenagers. Too many teenagers get themselves involved in criminal or deadly behavior. Curfews have been proven to help those young people with decreasing their fun time and increasing their work times. There are those, teenagers in particular, who believe that curfews violate their rights to freedom.

Dad/Mum will come back from work late and they’ll not have time for their child. “Over time, the combination of various negative factors can seriously deteriorate the relationship between a parent and a child. Night shifts are a difficult way for any parent to support their children financially due to the ways in which the children are deprived emotionally.” Therefore, the child will find security in games and television etc. Kids even consult the internet or strangers online for help if they need it which can display them to wrong information resulting in problems.

I knew the night had just begun for us. I was overwhelmed at the fact that I had never done anything bizarre before. I knew I could not turn back anymore, but the fear of getting caught lingered in my mind. ​As we arrived to the party, crowds of people were dancing and drinking all around us. As we headed outside, to the backyard, many people followed behind.
