Being in the military, I think sequence plays a very big part in my job. There is training and appointments that I have to be at everyday, so I have to have a set schedule at all times. Being an aircraft maintainer, I have deadlines to have jets ready to fly. For example, my unit typically fly's airplanes twice a day. Once they land, there is a certain time limit (usually an hour in-between flight times) that has to be met to get the airplanes ready for their next flights. Sometimes, a certain aircraft will get switched for another and that throws off my game plan for having the airplanes ready on time. Sequence 30: I use Sequence first in everything I do if it's doing home work playing a game taking care of kids or cooking. I like to have all everything In a certain spot when I go to cook and I like to have a plan and stick to that plan when I go to do my home work play a game or cooking. I like to make sure I have a plan and i break it down in to steps that need to be completed in logical order.
Also besides working out there I also am coaching more days of the week usually helping and motivating others to get healthy. I try to eat healthy but sometimes it hard to do so with classes, as it seems like I’m always on the go. My trouble comes with portion intake. I understand what portions to eat, however usually I get more than one portion in a sitting and in the end it hurts me. One thing that I want to work on is portion control and eating smaller meals throughout the day.
I frequently use this pattern when cleaning my house. I make a list of what needs to be done then I prioritize them accordingly on the time needed to complete lastly I combine chores that can be completed at the same time. For example, I know that it takes 45 minutes to wash a load of laundry. While the load is washing, I can clean the kitchen then clean the bathroom. I have been writing important due dates and events on them. Prior to this, I would remember information solely through memorization. The planner has helped to improve my organization skills. No longer do I complete the assignment the night before and my grades demonstrate the change. In order to make sure I have sufficient time to complete each task, I have formulated time frames.

The person I chose for this discussion is my husband Mike. I have yet to convince him to take the LCI, but I'm pretty confident of his patterns. I believe his Patterns are as following; Sequence 22, Precision 22, Technical Reasoning 30, Confluence 26. He uses Sequence as a Use as Needed Level, he likes order in a sense of making lists, or helping me budget, but for the most part he really chooses not to use this pattern in his daily routine. Precision he also uses as a Use as Needed Level, if there is a subject he thinks looks interesting, he will soak up information, especially if he feels it is something he knows he can use at a later date.

It is way cheaper to do it this way and if you want to stay in Iceland you don't actually have to get on to the second flight.
