The novel, Night, by Elie Wiesel is an intriguing story of the holocaust that started in 1933. It tells a story from a boy's point of view who was taken into the camp along with his family. It tells the sadden story of how Elie survived the camp and how he go to be free. Lastly, how he shows his faith and bravery in the camp. The Germans enter Sighet,Romania and start taking over the Jewish community. The Jews are ordered to follow any orders given such as leaving their possessions and homes. Elie and his family along with all the other Jews are instructed to get into tight cramped buses that will deport them to the Auschwitz-Birkenau complex. As a few days go by they then start separating families from women and men to go separate ways.
In this passage, my mother and I listened to a discussion Eliezer and Moishe the Beadle had together. Moishe the Beadle asks Eliezer why does he pray. Eliezer is dumbfounded by the question as he his used to praying regularly. He replies to Moishe he does not know why prays. Moishe later tells him that people should ask God questions even though people won’t understand His reply.
Night is a memoir narrated by Elie Wiesel, a boy raised in Sighet, in Hungarian Transylvania. The story takes place in pre-WWII, just before the Jews were sent to concentration camps. As a teenager, Elie was very religious and curious about the cabbala so Moché, a poor local pauper. An order is later given that all foreign Jews were to be deported including Moché. Several months later, he escapes from his captors and returns to Sighet to give news that the Jews were actually being killed, but no one believed him; he was viewed as a lunatic.
When they evacuate the Camp, they had to run in the snow and the soldiers would shoot people who couldn’t keep up. Elie had a friend named Zalman who got a stomach cramp while running and stopped for a minute but was trampled on by the other prisoners. They got to rest after many hours of running and Elie and his father want to keep each other awake because they are afraid death will come in their sleep. A rabbi comes to Elie wondering if he has seen his son, Elie said no, but he later remembered that he saw the rabbi's son running ahead of him so he wouldn't be killed. They later continue marching and reach a camp called Gleiwitz.
The people of Transylvania were receiving many signs that the Holocaust was coming. It was just the beginning and after being taken away, their lives were forever changed. They chose not to believe it and ended up going through it all. Moishe the Beadle also explains what is going to occur and what happened to him and little by little, edicts were placed upon them. Once they were sent to the ghettos, there was no way to escape.
He tries explain to others what could happen to his town, and the Jews. First, nobody believes him, but slowly things start to happen as he says. The Germans invade Hungary, and with the invasion, things get heated and Eliezer’s family moved to his uncle’s old house. A non-Jewish servant named Martha, tries to get the family to escape and hide in her village.
The novel is telling the story about how Elie wiesel as the main character survived in the novel during the Holocaust. Holocaust is the memorable time when the Nazi Germany which leads by Adolf Hitler annihilates the Jews. Nazi ideology theory itself already explained in the second chapter. The writer is going to give brief explanation about Nazi ideology in order to answer about how the ideology affects the development of the main character. Nazi ideology is formulated by Adolf Hitler which we known as the leader of Nazi Germany party.

It is set during the Holocaust and tells the story of a young boy named Elie Wiesel who was taken with his family from their home in Sighet, a small town in Transylvania to a concentration camp. The book covers the horrific experiences of the author and his family as they are subjected to unimaginable suffering including starvation, torture, and madness. Elie Wiesel narrates the account himself with brutal honesty, taking his readers through the darkest moments of his life with vivid descriptions.
The families were put on cattle cars and sent to Auschwitz. Elie and his family were one of the last families that were acquired by the Nazis in the town of Sighet. Elie describes his and his family’s tourtureus ride to Auschwitz. It took three long and slow days to arrive in Auschwitz. It was very hard for the families to survive: they barely had any water to drink, they were starved, and they were crammed into one single car without any room to move.

What Mooshie saw was the Germans and people that worked for hitler were using baby jews as target practice.and whenever mooshie came back he tried to tell the other jews of what he had saw and they thought that he was lying so they didnt do anything about what he had said so then later that night. Hitler Came with the germans and they put them on an cattle cart.
What causes the prisoners to treat each other inhumanely? The prisoners of the concentration camps treated each other inhumanely because of the mental anguish and physical torture they endured while staying at the camps. Prisoners hurt each other because of starvation and anger. Also their families were separated and they were beaten by guards causing them to hurt each other.
To find a man who has not experienced suffering is impossible; to have man without hardship is equally unfeasible. Such trials are a part of life and assert that one is alive by shaping one’s character. Chapter One Summary: In chapter one of Night by Elie Wiesel, the some of the characters of the story are introduced and the conflict begins. The main character is the author because this is an autobiographical novel. Eliezer was a Jew during Hitler’s reign in which Jews were persecuted. The book starts out with the author describing his faith.
In the book Night by Elie Wiesel, it talks about how his time in the concentration and how they were treated, and what he thought about. He talks about how they were treated brutally and unfairly just because of their religion. How they were forced to live in poor conditions, and how they were promised a better life if they came with them. That promise was broken as soon as they got to their first concentration camp. When they first go their they saw the smoke coming from the chimneys and the smelling of burning flesh.
