Earle Nelson was one of the less well known serial killers in comparison to Jeffrey Dahmer or Jack the Ripper. Yet his crimes were still horrific. Earle Nelson wasn't always insane though, His killing spree was due to the traumatic brain injury he sustained as a child. Around 18 years old, Spreitzer was asked to leave home when he was involved in a horrific car accident. After leaving, Spreitzer eventually met Robin Gecht, where he joined his satanic cult. Due to Spreitzers’ low IQ of 76, many people believe this was a factor in why he was so easily manipulated.
After his victims were unconscious, Dahmer would attempt to turn them into zombies by drilling a hole into their brains and injecting them with acid. Dahmer tried this multiple times, but every attempt failed and he ended up murdering them all. His reasoning for attempting to turn them into zombies was that he wanted to have total control over his victims. It is believed that Dahmer sought companionship and control with his victims because he had a lack of it in his childhood. Dahmer was arrested in July 1991 and openly spoke about his crimes to the police.
In order to know more about two serial killers, Alieen Carol Wuornos and Daniel Harold Rolling, I do some researches and concludes them in the next few paragraphs. Daniel Harold Rolling, “The Gainesville Ripper” that born in May 26, 1954, killed eight people through 1989 to 1990 by using his knife. When he was young, his father, a policeman, always abused his mother, his brother, and him. Although his mother tried to leave his father several times, his mother still returned. After few years, he attempted to kill his father when they got an argument.
Clifford Olson was arguably Canada’s first and most notorious serial killer. During his reign, he committed many different crimes, including rape, theft, and murder. He was responsible for the murder of eleven young individuals, which caused pain and grief to their friends and families. Psychopathy is a mental condition found in many serial killers and was the reason that Clifford Olson committed his many heinous murders. A look into Olson’s background and his conduct after committing the murders will provide more than enough evidence to show the clear signs of psychopathy that he displayed.
