The Holocaust was a very terrible history of Germany, this happened many years ago, and people in Germany were ashamed of what they did. The Holocaust started in January 13, 1933 and end in May 8, 1945. During that time Jews were sent to concentration camp. Elie Wiesel, the author of the book called Night, he was one of the Jews that got sent to the concentration camp. During that time, he had a very terrible experience in the concentration camps.

WWII Rough Draft The Holocaust all started back in 1933 when a leader named Adolf Hitler started a Nazi group that were out to kill Jews. Not all Nazis that were led by Hilter really were against the Jews. Some of the Nazis liked the Jews but were forced to either kill them or put them in concentration camps that housed jews. The concentration camps detained jews in horrible conditions.

Nazi Germany most directly affected Jewish people however the regime left a lasting impact on all people. The Nazi party came into power in 1933, led by Adolf Hitler. Together, he and the party implemented laws and policies which affected the political, economic, and social life of all. Some benefited and some lost.

During the 1930’s and 40’s Nazi Germany was a dictatorship ruled by Adolf Hitler he was a cruel dictator who had a goal to eliminate all european jews this shows in “Law,Justice,and the Holocaust” where it says that he and The Nazis mainly targeted people of the Jewish faith, at the end of the war they successfully killed six million jewish men,women, and children. This event was known as the holocaust. Hitler was a very cruel and hated man by the people who weren’t being schooled by the Nazis.

Before the Holocaust, Europe had about 9.5 million Jews. Marc states, about six million Jews were murdered. The Holocaust began in 1933, Adolf Hitler became the leader of Germany, He believed that the Germans were racially superior convinced Germany to declare WWII all over Europe and controlled most of the countries in Europe. Till this day people are in shock that so many lives were killed during a time-period. most Jews were killed until 1939, in Poland about 91 percent of Jewish people were slaughtered and tortured.

To break it down the Jews couldn’t come to anything they were outcasts and if one Jew walk into somewhere that was not allowed the got stared down and nobody in the whole would talk to the Jew almost like he/she was a germ. The second major law was the loss of homes for the Jews.

Long, dreary, bleak days and nights, starvation, and death that lasted for several years is what the innocent Jews of Europe faced in what was called the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a mass genocide that took place during World War II in which Adolf Hitler ordered the death of millions of Jews with aid from his Nazi Germany and the Axis powers. More than 6 million Jews faced death in a total of 17 million victims overall. The word, Holocaust, was meant to describe a sacrificial offering burned at the altar, but since 1945, it took on a horrific and abhorrent meaning. To talk about it, however, was impossible.

It remains uncertain as to when the Nazi leadership decided to implement the “final solution,” the plan to annihilate the Jews of Europe. The genocide of the Jews was the culmination of a decade of german policy under Nazi rule and the realization of a core goal of the Nazi dictator, Adolf Hitler. The details of the “Final Solution” were worked out at the Wannsee Conference. All Jews in Germany and the occupied countries were deported to sealed ghettos as a holding area. Many were then shipped in cattle cars to labor camps where they lived under brutally inhuman conditions.

This action of silence encouraged more people to follow, which lead to Hitler and the Nazi Party’s rise to power without having to face formidable opposition. Following the Nazi Party’s rise to power, the Holocaust began to take form. Fueled by hatred, intolerance, and anti-semitic beliefs under Adolf Hitler’s rule,

During this time 6,000,000 Jews were killed, not by war, but rather at the hands of Germany. Hitler believed that Jews were an inferior race and was a threat to German purity. After years of being mistreated Hitler had a plan called the Final Solution, which was the attempt to extinct the entire Jewish Population. Germany would accomplish this by concentration camps that were set up in Poland.

Between the years 1941 and 1944, Jews were deported to concentration camps where they were then killed (The Holocaust).

The Holocaust is a time in history when millions of people were persecuted in Europe by being sent to live in ghettos and eventually being deported to concentration camps where they were systematically annihilated until the Allied forces liberated the remaining survivors. The Jews were moved to the ghettos, because Hitler pushed the Jews to move to the east, then they concore move of the east and move them more to the east. Then “there was no more room for them to move to the east, so they built ghettos for them to live” (Byers 32). But his true intentions were to “separate the Jewish people from manly Germans and also other races” (Allen 37).

The rise of the Nazi Party from 1933-1945 had a profound impact on the lives of many people throughout Europe. Innocent people including over a million children suffered at the hands of the Nazis. The Nazis slowly changed life politically, economically, and socially for many people. The rise of the Nazi party changed people in many ways especially the Jews. One of the ways were politically, The Jews weren’t able to have a citizenship and not were able to vote.
