GEORGE WASHINGTON Born on February 22nd, 1732 in Mount Vernon, VA, George Washington, the first president of the United States was an Indian killer and a slaveholder, though he told his country he cherished them. In fact, he owned his first slaves at age 11. Not only did he tell his people lies, but he started The Whiskey Rebellion in the year of 1791 due to himself enforcing a tax pay on farmers who were selling bottles of whiskey on the frontier, but then again, we all make mistakes. Or was it really a mistake? Washington wasn 't all bad. There were many things he contributed to the country. Some of his accomplishments were very big.
