Bigfoot or as it’s often called in canada the sasquatch, is mentioned in several Native American legends or stories. In fact, the term “sasquatch” is Indian for “hairy giant.” The first sighting was in 1811 near what now is the town of Jasper, Alberta Canada.
For over 400 years people have been seeing large, hair-covered, man-like animals in the wilderness areas of North America. These facts, taken together, suggest an animal, probably a primate, that exists today in very low population densities.
There are literally thousands of credible eyewitness accounts of bigfoot sightings. Most are from the last hundred years, but some reports extend back several centuries. These reports describe either sightings

Indians have always had their things taken from them by whites. However, the U.S. Government may have gone too far on this one. After being taken from their original lands and put on small reservations, some Indians have been wanting all whites to suffer. These people of the Sioux tribe were called Ghost Dancers. They believed if they did a certain dance, their gods would destroy the U.S. and similar establishments.

The extant primate species I decided to research is the Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey, scientifically known as Rhinopithecus roxellana. Part of the reason I chose this species was how odd it looks next to other primate species; it has a flat blue face, big lips, and bright orange color. The other reason I chose the species was because I read that it is now an endangered species and was curious about why it has become endangered and how people are trying to change that. I believe it is important to study the golden snub-nosed monkey because looking at how they interact with their environment and with each other may give us a look into how early human ancestors may have acted under similar conditions. Before I get too far into the specifics of my primate I should discuss how it is different from modern humans.
Most of these sightings are thought to really be coyotes or stray canines with bad mange, and some of the bodies they have found that were shot by ranchers support this conclusion. Also in the book tracking the Chupacabra by Benjamin Radford he tracked down the original eye witness and found that her description matched to a horror movie species and specifically the creature in the film called a sil. Said eye witness watched the movie earlier. Surprisingly the Chupacabra is quite popular in pop culture with it appearing in things such as anime and cartoons to movies to video games with the most interesting appearance being in a fantastic four comic where the team goes to Puerto Rico to deal with the
The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization receives and collects evidence of the Bigfoot (Higgins). Miners told stories of creatures throwing rocks at their cabins and discovered big tracks (Krensky 31). “There are, in fact, way too many eyewitnesses for this phenomenon to be purely imaginary, as skeptics assert” (Carroll). With the abundance of eye witnesses, that are so widely dispersed over the country, the alternate skeptic explanation that the sightings are all hoaxes (Carroll). Even so many think of Bigfoot as a phony, many have reported sightings and reported where Bigfoot was spotted.
There isn 't a possible way something so big could hide from the such a populated world. Another big reason why bigfoot is fake is because the most common form of evidence is by far video or eyewitness reports. This is a very unreliable type of evidence, ether in the video, "Bigfoot" can be
[2] That is what the rumors speak but is there anything to this mythical figure, beyond tales and vivid imaginations? [2] Modern genetics has been brought to bear on the Himalayan Yeti in the last few years. [2] The yeti is one of several supposed ape-men. [2] Elsewhere in the world, people tell tales of bigfoot or Sasquatch[2]. The Yeti has its origins in folklore and is an ancient and important part of the legends and history of the Sherpa, the communities that live at an average
There was silence, then… BOOM! My father and I finally shot the antelope that cost us day's of determination and perseverance. It took four days of sneaking through bushes, trees and rocks jutting into our skin, hiking around for hours trying to find herds of antelope, and consistently calling, with the intentions to find something, yet failing around every turn. This brutal hunt wasn’t for nothing though, in fact, let me introduce the story that changed my life forever. Welcome to the great antelope hunt.
What Role did the Indians play in the fur trade? Well, the fur trade had an outstanding effect on the west, and both cultures, Indians, and white men would influence how the trade evolved. When Meriwether Lewis and William Clark ventured to the west they also documented the abundant population of beavers there, which would majorly impact that region in later years. Beaver pelts were often the primary goal of the fur trade due to the fascination of beaver hats in the fashion industry, which made the west into a different kind of gold mine. William Ashley and Andrew Henry were notable for their fur trade business specifically due to an idea by William Ashley.
From someone as clever and experienced as Rob Carlson, a paper named Bigfoot Stole My Wife, will at the very least be entertaining. In this essay, it will explain what Bigfoot Stole My Wife what occurred in it, what is causing Narrator to lie, and what it says in our culture. First off, the humorous satire at what types of articles that may be found in less than reliable newspapers or websites. In BigFoot Stole My Wife, it displays the story of a man who convinced himself that bigfoot had broken into his house and took his wife away. This is a huge leap in logical, to say the least.
Conclusion All in all, the Mythical creature Bigfoot is fake! The evidence people have found, have been placed there by others who want trick
When most people hear the word ‘werewolf’ they think of the ferocious beast and wild creature that has been around for many centuries. Some people think of them as having sharp teeth and covered in fur from head to toe, others just think of them as an animal that was made into an urban legend. Although, it is not always necessarily known to be like this. Thousands of years ago most people were terrified of these animals, or what some people thought were creatures. There are plenty of infamous werewolves that have shown up in history.
Howler monkeys are one of the largest New World monkeys found in South and Central America, more specifically found in tropical forests of eastern Bolivia, northern Argentina, southern Brazil, and Paraguay. They live in large social groups that contains all of the family members such as parents, siblings, aunts and other relatives. They form a family of 8 or more members that stay and survive together. A unique fact about their group structure is that some of the male and female will leave the group they were born in and move on to join a total new group, with the majority of their lives growing up is spent in groups they weren’t born in or related to. Male and female howler monkeys are quite different in their appearance.
