Because of these features, the use of cell phone has become increasing. Cell phones changed the life to become easier for people and they have many causes to use it daily, such as informing about emergency situations, keeping in touch with people, and managing the work.
One of the major causes of using mobile phones is to inform about emergency situations. Everyday happens different situations in any one life, for example a stealing situation, accident, a burning building, or lost. These situations may be the cause of losing many lives.
