For my career, I am going with CNA, EKG, and Phlebotomy. The reason I picked these for my career is because I like to help people. Knowing I can make a difference in the world by doing something as simple as helping a patient eat or take their blood for a blood test they need done is amazing knowing you’re the one helping them. Growing up, I always loved helping and taking care of people. After high school I became and EMT and it was a job that I loved but had to give up after having children. Being able to help someone in their time of need, just gave me the satisfaction of knowing that I had a purpose in this world. Now that my children are getting older, I have decided to take back the reins of my life and go back to school to become a registered nurse. With nursing, there can be very different scopes of practice.

Becoming a surgeon is important to me because I can improve the quality of life for others who have been physically hurt or have developed a medical condition. Just imagining the feeling of helping someone be able to live a normal or better life makes me ecstatic. For example, say someone was in a bad car accident. The person in the accident has an open compound fracture.
I have always wanted to be some type of nurse, but I didn’t want to be a registered nurse. Not that registered nurses are not important, it just seemed simple I wanted to do something more complex. Being a anesthesiologist is an great idea for me because the brain was always an interesting topic to me. With following this career I could still get to see surgeon 's work on brain. I also have other good qualities need in this field; being observation, good communication skills, calm under pressure, good listener.
