If Donald Trump had his way “People who burn the flag should have their citizenship revoked or spend a year in jail.” The flag of the United States of America represents freedom. Burning the flag is a sign of disrespect to the country and to the people who served and died trying to protect it. Just because people have a right of free speech don't not mean they have the right to burn the United States Flag.
Burning the American flag is disrespectful to some of those who represent our country such as Donald Trump and our military. He thinks that it is wrong and disrespectful to do such a thing to the flag and that it should lead to some sort of punishment such as prison time, a fine, or even a loss of citizenship.
