The experiment was a moderate success the rest of the season, as the Packers’ run defense improved from dead last to 23rd in the league. Despite having a somewhat abysmal run defense, the pass defense was above par, ranking 10th while giving up a respectable 226 yards per game, with only 6.9 yard average, according to ESPN Stats & Info. With a solid defensive outing through two weeks so far, Green Bay can be able to run up the score on opponents, so expect to see Rodgers resting on the sideline for a few quarters like last season. With a high powered offense, solid defense, and experienced coaching staff and players, the Packers are an elite football team in the present day NFL. Because of this and a strong 2-0 start to the season, the Packers have the best odds of winning the Super bowl, 5-1, per Bovada.
