Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1-2 inch ginger, minced
2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon of turmeric
Directions
Heat oil in a large cooking pan and add minced ginger and garlic.
Cook it for about a minute.
Slice the lemon into rings and add about half of the slices to the bottom of the cooking pan.
