This theory states that the an electronic fog comes out of nowhere and takes over the ship or plane, which interferes with all the instruments causing them to malfunction making you lose track of where you are going. “This electronic fog can cause the needles on instruments to spin losing your spot.” (Quaser 11) “The fog will come and go, but since the instruments were malfunctioning and you couldn’t distinguish where you were going thus making the pilot or captain to become disoriented.” (Quaser 11) “The fog seizes the aircraft and travels with you through your journey.” (Quaser 11) “You cannot try to move around the fog as it follows you wherever you go.” (Quaser 11) You can detect the understanding in this theory, but there is not that much evidence towards it because the fog would just come and go making this perspective to be poor. Charles was taken from the second story of the family’s home. You would think someone would catch whoever did that, especially since it was on the second floor. Also, whoever did it left one big thing behind, a ladder.
The murder theory is the most convincing, but the lack of evidence makes it hard to believe. Also due to the lack of evidence, the assumed name theory is also hard to consider. Though the authorities have failed to provide evidence to Hoffa's whereabouts, one thing is certain. The James Riddle ¨Jimmy¨ Hoffa disappearance case has baffled the American people for nearly 43
