In the Hit and Run case, there were scene photos taken of Oropeza-Quiroz. Detective Brown printed one of these photos to provide to Hicks for possible identification of “Ricky.” We again met with Hicks in the jail and showed him the photo of Oropeza-Quiroz. Hicks immediately recognized “Ricky” in the photo and said, “That’s him.” I also explained to Hicks that we were still looking at his phone and asked if I had the consent to look at his contact list to find Ricky’s phone number.
Anecdotal notes are pieces of information collected during interactions and observation of young children, or even adults. An example of anecdotal notes are written notes and video. Some advantages of anecdotal according to Chance is that "it is vital information to to effectively plan for individual children in the classroom" (Chance, 2012, para. 3). Anecdotal notes also educators to look back at what they wrote, saw, or heard to form a opinion later on. Observation of Angel: Angel is a little boy most likely around the age of three.
During this developmental interview, I chose to conduct an observation/interview study with my one of my cousin’s child. This child is a 4 year old girl and will be identified as “child K” in relation to her first name. Her parents had no problem letting me interview her, but I had them stay in the same room as us. The purpose of this interview was to observe the child’s physical, cognitive, and socioemotional development. I observed her behavior and gave her several tests to show how well she has progressed.
Erica is a science teacher at a high school. She is also a meat lover and dines at every restaurant that contains eggs, chicken, beef, and pork. A new restaurant opens and she is willing to try the food. The beef and pork combination she ordered had an unusual taste and was not cooked enough, but she dismisses it and continues eating. She finishes her meal, pays the cashier, and leaves the restaurant.

The observations that take place in a child care centre are used for various reasons. Many of the observations are used to help better understand the child and their interests. By understanding what the child is interested in, it makes planning the activities that much easier. When observing a child, it is best to try to understand what they doing and what they are trying to accomplish by completing a specific task or what they are imagining certain objects are. For example, a child could be playing with blocks but when you ask them what they are doing maybe they could be playing restaurant, or pretending that the blocks are food and drinks that they are giving to the other children.

Deep in the green fields of grass and trees, you can hear the astonishing sound of the birds going BRRR... BRRR, then you can hear the footsteps of kids, families, and runners walking down the brown colored trail going BOOM... BOOM. The sense of excitement and joy are running down the children 's body as they slide down the slides, swing on the monkey bars, and jump up and down to show how much fun they are having. The adults are sitting around the campfire that almost feels like a hug from a warm marshmallow on a cold winter day, and athletes are running up and down the trail as they breathe in the fresh air that is surrounding them by enormous trees and delightful plants.

Observation Activity Paper #1 Description of the Observation The child I have been researching, is my 10 year old little cousin. He has a problem of wetting the bed at night. I asked him, my aunt and uncle a series of questions of how his bed-wetting problem affects him and some basic information on when he first started to learn how to go to the bathroom by himself. First, he said he is afraid to have sleepovers with his friends because he is afraid he will pee the bed at his friend’s house and be embarrassed.
