One of my future goals is to further expand my knowledge of aeronautical engineering. My strength in STEM and a strong work ethic will allow me to be an excellent aerospace engineering student. I am also interested in gaining a better understanding of the business aspects of the aerospace sector. I earned multiple Aeronautical awards, as well as several Solo Pilot certifications through aerospace education programs in Civil Air Patrol. I am planning to apply to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University upon graduating from high school. I expect that the knowledge I obtain there will aid me in pursuing a career in the aerospace industry.
Swimming has forced me to push myself to the limits. A rigorous two hour practice at 6:00 every morning

Even though I have been employed for less than a year at City of Allen, I often lead my peers both indirectly (by example) and directly (through constructive criticism) at work. I learn a great deal of leadership, people skills and time-management.
The opportunity to give those who has disability a chance to experience the freedom of flight is one of the most meaningful volunteer activities I partake in. As a Cadet Chief Master Sergeant with Flight Marshaller, Pre-Pilot License, and Red Cross First Aid certified; I have the privilege of working with both parents and kids during Challenge Air Events. Many of the children are wheelchair-bound and taking them up into the air gives them a life-long memory. The expressions of bliss and pride on their faces during the process of flights brings myself happiness.
Through hard work, I have accumulated many awards, recognitions, and certifications. This summer alone, I was recognized as an AP Scholar, awarded a scholarship to Flight Academy, and won an essay contest. I have earned Varsity Athletic Lettermen in swimming, multiple Aeronautical and Solo Pilot awards, and National Cadet Special Activities Ribbons. In addition, I was accepted into and also successfully graduated from two Flight training academies. Last but not least, I was also re-selected to serve for a second term in Congressional Youth Advisory
I think the Kealing Magnet Program is the best place for me to meet my specific goals because there are many different classes that I could go too, like robotics and learn much more then I know right now, because I can learn more advanced types of things. Another thing that would help is that I like sports and I know Kealing has some sports teams and that would me another way to meet my academic and personal goals. I think I could help the Kealing community by having a positive attitude and always encouraging my peers to do their best so I can get help from them to do my
2nd Log Entry During my first log entry, I pointed out my personal goals I hoped to accomplish during this class. As a beginner swimmer, I was mainly interested in conquering my fear of water. As of week four I could say that I am now comfortable being inside a body of water. First week I could not even get my entire body into to the swimming pool.
In the ten years I hope I am not sick of the sea and and still be as exited as I am today in exploring the opportunities that I can seek out to be successful in the field. What I look forward to in college education at the academy learning how everything works on the ship and learning about navigation, marine life, cargo handling skills and etc. The Marine Transportation program at the USMMA is a combination of nautical science and maritime business management. I think getting a degree in science and business will be something that interests me and that I look forward to. In sports I also look forward to because they have a swimming program it is something that has been apart of my life for a very long time and its gotten me through a lot of things in my life .
It is my desire to attend the United States Naval Academy. My goal is to follow in my father 's footsteps as an officer in the naval branch of our armed forces. My father began his career as an enlisted seaman twenty years ago and is now serving as a Lieutenant. Being the son of a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, I have always had an interest in the military and a desire to also serve and follow his footsteps. It was not until high school when I decided that I wanted to attend the Naval Academy.
Here I worked with individuals of all ages, treating physical, mental and emotional disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, post-traumatic brain injury, and cognitive disorders. These volunteer experiences showed me how diverse the field of occupational therapy is, and this is where I fell in love with the
If you are given the opportunity to be anything in the world what would you be? Many people would say things like ”I want to be an astronaut”, or “I want to be a Pilot”, but not me. I am a little different from them. My aim in life is other, and I think everyone is born to fulfill their purpose in life. I want to be many different things, but the one that I want to be the most is an NBA/Basketball player.
“Break”! Everyone has heard that familiar word during pool visits with an on duty Lifeguard. I always admired Lifeguards. They are appreciated by everyone, commanding attention merely by blowing a whistle. My character was impacted tremendously by outside influences and countless experiences have shaped my transition into becoming a productive citizen in my community.
Belgium, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, 1998. A heavy rain was falling on the Formula One cars placed on the starting grid. A difficult track and a horrible weather were the right ingredients to make a 9 years old boy fell in love with an amazing sport. The chaos of the first start caused by a twelve cars collision, the restart, the safety car, the several overtakes, the twists and the victory of an underdog contributed to one of the greatest Formula One Grand Prix of all time. It was thrilling
Since I was in my childhood I have high curiosity on how and why things work. I have this unsatisfied feeling until I know why and how it 's happening. My dad always told me the same about me. I still remember how I spend the whole day looking for what make the pedestal fan to swing and I opened up its cover to see the motor and gear rotating and for me it 's fascinating. He used to bring me along with him in his nearest four wheel drive park where he taught me many things about four wheel vehicles.

I regard the STEM Academy as an extremely positive program that will significantly help my peers and myself in the future. Science has many stimulating topics that have helped our world to advance. The STEM program will definitely push me towards the science aspects of life, allowing me to become more educated in the subject. I hope to be able to join the STEM academy to gain more knowledge in the fields of science and math, to be able to collaborate with others more efficiently, work independently, and to be triumphant in being the best student I can. I want to achieve beyond what is expected in an average student and expand on all my skills.
The friends I’ve made through the Stars program will be my friends for life. The hard work I’ve been through makes me a stronger person today. Swimming has taught me that challenges are nothing when you have loved ones by your side. My freshman year the upperclassmen used to always say: “Bring honor to the family!” It sounded out of place back then, but now it makes sense.
I first started my academic path with the University of Wisconsin, Madison during the Summer of 2016. I had applied to the Science Research Internship Program (SRI) through MMSD to be appointed as an intern in a lab. Once there, I was welcomed into an environment that I developed a connection to. I was able to be a part of the undergraduate research in the Mechanical Engineering department focused on additive manufacturing, specifically Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and the optimization of the variables. Throughout the experience I was able to put UW - Madison into the perspective of a student, since then it has been a goal of mine to attend and further my education there.
These experiences gave me the chance to meet experienced professionals in my field and other technical students, the opportunity for financial aid at specific schools in Pennsylvania, and a variety of memories that will remain for the rest of my life. At the end of my second year, I was really proud of my accomplishments at the SkillsUSA competitions. I was also excited for the annual awards ceremony, because I was curious to know whether or not I made my goal from the previous year, a reality. On the day of the ceremony, when I heard my name called for the various awards for
