Sarwar and Soomro (2013) analyzed several positive and negative impacts that the use of smartphones puts on the society. The study included these impacts in the fields such as education, business, human psychology health and social life. As one of the most positive impacts, smartphones have been sold in a huge number in a small time period which created a new business dimension and offered an opportunity to businesses to invest in the phone application development, as the research mentions. Some of the negative impacts as the study states that the popularity of smartphones has affected the computer sales and from the past few years, the usage of smartphones has grown more than computers.
Apart from some very common apps such as email and popular social networking applications, different users pose different attitude towards smartphone apps based on their personal interest, likes and dislikes and other reasons. Maghnati and Ling (2013) conducted a relationship analysis between being aesthetic, CROI (customer return on investment), playfulness and service excellence of mobile apps on usage attitude. Parents of teenagers have to experience the negative toll of technology that takes over teenagers on the daily basis. In the article, “Have Smartphones Destroyed a Generation?” by Jean M. Twenge is directed towards parents and focuses on the negative effects of technology towards the population of teenagers. Twenge’s effectively convinces the reader of how this new generation of Gen Xers are being overpowered by the freedom of the internet and its negative outcomes. The article’s purpose is to inform these parents how technology can heavily influence teenagers and understand how these consequences lead to long-term effects.
Behavioral changes from one generation to the next naturally occur little by little. Nonetheless, changes in adolescent behavior from the millennial generation triumphing it have been substantial and revolutionary. Today’s teens have never witnessed a world without internet. The majority of them possess smartphones and waste several hours each week on social media. But while numerous parents may feel allayed about their teens’ seeming uninterested in drinking, driving and dating, they could perhaps be overlooking the effects that continuous internet access has on their teens’ mental well-being.

Twenge, the author looks at the effects both good and bad on the different generations taking a closer look at the generation born between 1995 and 2012. This essay was published in September 2017 in a magazine called The Atlantic which is an American magazine, more specifically from Boston, that debuts news, politics, culture, technology, and health. Its audience is most generally middle-aged and older Americans.

Many customers prefer Apple for it’s user friendly components which are very simple in comparison to Samsung’s confusing and unorganized home layout screens and internal system. Apple offers much better customer service and in-store experiences, which are the primary reasons why Apple is much more successful than Samsung.

Cellphones is also known as cellular phone; it is a transportable telephone that sends and receives radio signals through a network. Cellphone has a huge impact on people because it plays a major role in our daily communication; especially it helps us connect to other people easier. It gives us a chance of having access to different ability like keeping in touch with our family members, businesses relationships and more while we are in different places. However before the use of cell phone, people had desperate needs of mobile communication, so they had installed radiotelephones in their car. It was not effective and inconvenient to use, the main reason was the size, which was too big, and the use of phone was limited because it requires a powerful transmitter.
