Analysis I believe my strength is in the cardiovascular health section. It makes sense, because it is the section that I enjoy the most in my everyday life. Indeed, I had no difficulty to do the one-mile walk test, because I often walk to go at the grocery, or to go at the bank, for example. So, walking is a part of my everyday life activities. In addition, I did pretty good in the 12-minutes run also, probably because running is my favourite sport. I try to run 3 times per week during 30 to 45 minutes. So, running is one of my strengths, because I enjoy doing it and I practice a lot. However, for both of the tests I feel like I could have done better times and scores. Indeed, I went to run and walk outside to do the tests, and it was snowing and there was a lot of ice on the sidewalk, which was making my run harder than if I would have been in a gym or running outside with perfect conditions. In the muscular strength and endurance, the results show that the sit ups and the squats tests are my strengths. This is representative of my abilities, because squats and sit ups are physical activities that I often practice in my training. So, I am used to do squats

I’m writing my essay on the Jogger Case and it’s miscarriage of Justice. In 1989 while a woman was jogging in Central Park she was raped and assaulted. Five teenagers was convicted and incarcerated, they served seven years of jail time for the crime. False confessions played a large role in their conviction.
Running against people that are way faster than you is just a lesson for you to train harder than you did before. Practice always makes

This comes to prove that the case study athlete is on par with the athletes in the same division when it comes to squats, showing that his lower body is well developed like all the others. Being this strong can also mean that there is too much emphasis put on squats instead of other exercises which in the long term will certainly hinder performance and make the athletes unstable while performing in its specific sport, and that could possibly also increase the risk of
Step 5 Pass a physical exam that includes push-ups, sit-ups, and a step test. In your first fitness test you will need to complete 20 push-ups under 1 minute, 25 sit-ups under 1 minute, and 120 steps per minute for 5 minutes. "So what prompted you to do the Three Day Walk? " I ask my friend, April, as we sit in the audience at the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto, California. We are awaiting the start of a staged reading, part of the New Works Festival given by TheatreWorks. This is the second year in a row that April has accompanied me to one of these readings and as we wait she has been telling me about her adventures during the Susan G. Komen Three Day Walk For the Cure. "My sister decided to set some goals for herself before her 50th birthday," she explains.
I have not been able to participate in athletics nearly as much as I would have liked. I started running track in the spring of my seventh grade year. I performed surprisingly well and decided to participate in cross country the next fall. I spent the summer training and preparing for the season, and it definitely showed. I ran in the varsity race for my first cross country meet ever.
Rough Draft Cross country is probably the simplest sport anyone will ever play. All they need is a pair of sneakers and a water bottle. The team runs together, but also as individuals. Cross country is great because even though it is hard, it will help make runners stronger and better at other sports they play.
To begin with, my top strength is positivity. According to Rath, “ You are generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in the situation” (Rath p141). I believe it is always important to be positive regardless of how bad a situation is. My job is to motivate others when they become pessimistic of a certain task. This strength is essential in both school and a career as neither a classmate or a co-worker wants to surround him or herself with negativity that makes for a long day.
After years of practice, I progressed in the sport and joined my high school team. Initially, running track was a way of escaping the stress from my parents’ divorce. It taught me to endure more pain than I could have ever imagined. With each grueling stride, my mind would fight my aching body to quit. However, I would always find a way to stay determined and keep pushing forward.
In 7th grade I got so close at the end of the season and ran a 5:01 mile. I got there because of good coaches to help me a long way but I didn’t work as hard as I could have Getting close
Nevertheless, it is the way that friction is approached that makes a difference. By applying my positive attitude and sense of finding a common ground among coworkers, it will enable me to apply this strength to my daily life. Lastly, the strength of achiever was a lesser theme for me compared to my other top strengths. I sometimes take on too many tasks and want to accomplish many things in order to make me feel good about myself. I am extremely committed to everything I do and influence others to succeed in what they do.
