The calyee Murder case was one of the most interesting cases for the public in 2011 because in this case the mother of child Casey Anthony was suspected. Most of the individuals would have been found guilty in the situation. A parent killing their own child will make any of them guilty at some point of time. Nobody has expected the judgment in favor of Casey Anthony and this might her not feel guilty for the crime she has committed. In my opinion, and If I was a member of the jury that day at the trial I would have found Casey Anthony guilty. There were many reasons that led me to believe that she murdered her child. The first reason is that Cindy Casey’s mother asked several times to see her granddaughter but Casey gave many various excuses as to why she wouldn't. So, Cindy being a concerned grandparent called 9-1-1 and informed them about Caylee is missing and also stated: "my daughter's car smells like a dead body " which clearly clarified later on that the note that Casey's car was in a tow yard and George and the man smelled a strong odor. The second reason or evidence which also goes against Casey Anthony. She told parents, cops, and detectives were all lie the told that she dropped Caylee with her babysitters and when she went back …show more content…
Also, almost over 700 pages of googled material were recovered, involving of things like "neck breaking" and "how to make and use of chloroform “which showed she must involve with Caylee's murder. Her computer’s history showed that she searched the word "chloroform" over 84 times. A blanket was found on location at the crime scene and it came from Caylee's bedding at her grandparents’ home. At the end, Caylee's body was found in a wooded area miles from their
On December 19, 2008 the human remains were identified as Caylee Anthony's. In June 2011, Casey Anthony's trial began. They found that she had searched on her computer about chloroform. Chloroform is a colorless, volatile, sweet-smelling liquid used as a solvent and formerly as a general anesthetic.
She died the next day and Ernie was arrested immediately being suspected for her death. Medical examiners found shocking evidence that pointed to Ernie as he was the last person he was with. They found vaginal bleeding, bruising, and bite like marks. Ernie was sentenced to 60 years in prison. Ernie denies these ideas and had noticed illness in the infant in the days before her death.
Caylee Anthony, a young two-year-old girl, of Orlando, Florida was last reported seen on June 16, 2008. Her grandmother, Cindy Anthony, reported her missing on July 15, 2008. This was almost a month after she was last seen. Caylee Anthony lived with her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, along with her mother, Casey Anthony. Although some people believe that George Anthony, Casey’s father, was involved with the death of Caylee Anthony, the most plausible cause would be Casey murdering her child. To initiate, Keith Ablow is an author who has done extensive research and wrote a book on the Casey Anthony case, states in his book multiple ways Caylee Anthony could’ve died from. He expresses that Casey would have murdered her daughter in order to avoid “her mothers threat” to kick her out of the house and gain custody of Caylee. Casey Anthony has a very selfish and childish attitude towards many things, she has not much of her own and is very reliant on her parents. If they were to cut her off and take her child she would have nothing to her name.
The murder of Caylee Anthony caught the world’s attention as soon as the story hit the news. Today, six years later, the mystery still bewilders the world. Looking behind the most controversial questions and digging deeper into them reveals just how blind the world was to what actually happened to two year old Caylee. The story behind what happened says Caylee’s mom was an avid partier and considered her daughter to be a nuisance and distraction from her desired lifestyle. This brings me back to prop 66. In California “nearly two thousand murders occur annually and only fifteen death sentences are imposed”(prop 66 official voters guide). When the father of Hester Prynne’s child did not commit a murder or rape which those people who committed murder would be sentenced to death. Although prop 66 will bring justice to those families that have suffered great losses it still has it’s drawbacks, prop 66 is poorly written and might sentence innocent lives.
I feel a little bit of sympathy towards Andrea Yates, but not so much. The reason is because although Andrea did have mental problems which must have been hard to deal with while taking care of kids I do still believe she was still fully capable of understanding that her actions were wrong. Andrea lived a normal life and showed promise that she would lead a successful life. Andrea grew up with loving parents, she got good grades, and she was liked by everybody, and had a career going for her as a nurse.
In November 2007, Meredith kercher was found dead in the apartment she shared with Amanda Knox. She had been stabbed. the knife wounds and a slashed neck leading to a lack of oxygen. But who could do this? Who would do this?
When the news channels heard about this traggic incident they began to blast society. This raised many questions within the community, where is the mother, and where is Caylee Anthony? Later that day Cindy went searching for her car and found out that it had been abandoned in a parking lot, and had been towed. When Cindy received her car back, she called the police again, and stated "There's something wrong. I found my daughter's car today, and it smells like there has been a dead body in the car,"(Casey).
They say that Casey swore Caylee was alive and wanted help finding her, but it came out the Casey knew that Caylee was dead. Also, Casey can never walk in public without meeting the face of her haters and people who may want to get revenge for the death of Caylee. Everyone should keep in mind that Casey may have been acquitted by the courts, but she will never truly be
In this case the only obstacle the prosecutors had was prove that Caylee Anthony was murdered by her own mother, they had to prove beyond reasonable doubt to the jury that she was behind her daughter’s death. Most of the evidence that was presented was in fact pointed to Casey Anthony as the person who was fully liable for her daughter
Therefore, when a person argues that a juvenile was not aware of their crime is a discrediting claim. In 1990 in the city of Chicago, a couple expecting their first child were murdered in cold blood in the hands of a juvenile teen. The teen shot both the husband and the wife who pleaded for their lives and the life of their unborn child. Author of “Juvenile Justice Information Exchange”, Jennifer Jenkins states, “He reported to a friend, who testified at his trial, about his ‘thrill kill’ that he just wanted to ‘see what it would feel like to shoot someone’”. This killer was aware of his crime and was aware of who his victims were due to planning the murders months before.
