During his service the economy improved and ended the cold war. This is a such great thing that he did, in ending the cold war. I think that he did improve the economy by everything he was changing and fixing. Reagan’s main importance was for us to win the cold war because he thought all people deserved to be free. I think that he worked really hard to win the cold war, because he cared about everyone.

In 1941, Reagan was drafted into the Army, where he spent most of his time on the Army Air Cores First Motion Picture. He was drafted as a Second Lieutenant, and he avoided combat because he was nearsighted. He worked on films and training videos for the new recruits throughout his army career. The Air Core requested he was involved in a film called Rear Gunner to help the war effort. This film was probably the most important film he was involved with during his time in the Army.

Even though Dwight D. Eisenhower grew up in a small town in Kansas, he ended the war in Korea, was elected as the 34th US President serving two terms, then worked around the clock to ease the Cold War. " Eisenhower was President during the Korean war which lasted from 1950-1953, he then said during his campaign "I shall go to Korea" which is pretty brave if you ask me. He went to Korea on December 2, 1952 and visted the US troops and the South Korean leaders.

Before his presidency Ronald Reagan was the governor of California. In his term he signed the Therapeutic Abortion Act, what this did is it allowed abortions to be performed only if the mental and physical health of the mother is at risk. This resulted in numerous legal abortions. Once Reagan realized the effects of this bill he said if he had been a more experienced governor he would not have signed it. After this mishap he declared himself to be a supporter of life.
