Why is communism good? The tenets of communism state that everyone should be equal, the world should be at peace, and communication should be less about the government and more about the people.
Communism means different things to different people. To some, it means perfection in the world, and to others, it means nothing because democracy is what ideology they prefer. Firstly, everyone is equal. Communist countries, like China, have a constitution that includes many civil rights: free speech, press, worship, the right to trial, and the right to own private property. In addition, they have extensive political rights, economic, cultural and social rights, a guarantee of human rights in judicial work, the right to work, freedom of religious

People all over the world state that communism is destroying economies, rights, and privacy. If society could improve the administration of communism, there may be no need for governments or laws, poverty wouldn’t exist because society wouldn’t have money. Not only that but there wouldn’t be a use for borders and different countries. Instead, society could all become one universal community. Everyone would be treated the same; there wouldn’t be a need for jails or complicated rules. Basically, the world would be free and no one would need to worry about thieves because they would have the same material things. Culture wouldn’t be ignored. Instead, society will embrace it even more. That way, society could still be different. People don’t need to act the same but they do need to become better, as in they can’t discriminate. Right now communism seems like a big jump for society and it’s not much that people are giving up. Society needs to be open to the idea. Our world is breaking apart through past, present and future wars. Those affected would be the people a new regime would help the most. We would still have cities and towns, society would just downsize. Everyone would work together to make a better
As for communism, the incentive to work an arduous job that took many years in college to obtain, like being a doctor, and having the same living conditions as a fry
By getting rid of everything that makes us human, there is no prejudice, differences and discrimination. Everyone has equal food, housing, opportunities, and hair color. The Giver is a perfect society. Another utopia that actually exists is the American prison system. Every aspect of their lives is regulated.
Since these people in communist governments don’t have anything for themselves. Everyone in a communist government are the same there is no two-different person. They have the same house, car, number of children, etc. as well as being similar to everyone no one has any freedoms or a voice. They can’t practice their religion or give their own
Since 1848 when The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx was published growing questions about whether a communist or globalist society could work were asked. With many theories and attempts to make a perfect society, it has never been done ,but in fiction it has worked out such as in the television series Star Trek. Likewise communism does not always work well in fiction leaving the people poor or mistreated. Such as in the novel Anthem by Ayn Rand which tells the tale of an oppressive communist society that uses its government to keep everyone equal. The society in Anthem has all its rules and controls for the purpose of keeping an artificial sense of true equality ,and by the end of the story Equality would go the opposite route in not having
While communism is meant to help achieve equality for everyone it has been proven we can’t achieve a perfect communist state. Communism first originated from the Greek idea during the Golden Age that harmony and bliss would be achieved without owning private property (Beer, "Origins of Communism"). Lopez 2 It later than resurfaced around 1848 when Karl Marx published his book The Communist Manifesto. During Karl Marx’s time he wanted the proletariat, the working class, to overthrow the government due to bourgeoisie, the high class, having more opportunities and unfair advantages.
Unfortunately, when people say the word communism, they think of leaders including Joseph Stalin of the Soviet Union. The society of America puts a mask on everyone, giving them biased views. Communism has never really been executed under a non-corrupt leader, and that is why it gets such a negative view. Not only is communism looked down upon, but also less extreme forms of it like socialism which was proposed by a presidential candidate in 2016. Perhaps if this presidential candidate were elected as President of The United States, then this fantasy world of common motivation, and joint efforts could become a reality.
Russian Revolution In 1922, as a result of the Russian Revolution, a new political party emerged: the USSR or the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was the world’s first communist state. Communism was a new political and economic model that was supposed to get rid of class distinction. From the beginning, communism opposed capitalism and capitalist countries like the United States. The Russian Revolution united the socialists against the capitalists, with the USSR, a communist country, siding with the socialists.
To answer the question of why did communism fail, you first have to understand what communism is and how it formed and used throughout history. Communist ideals were used sparsely throughout history, ranging from paleolithic times up through 18th century Europe. In these cases it was very unorganized and not used by large groups of people. In the 1840’s Karl Marx began publishing books pertaining to his idea of communism which is now called Marxism. The difference between communism and marxism is that marxism is only the idea or framework, and communism is the practical application of that idea.
Many like to believe that it sparks innovation or that making people equal is a communist
Based on the paragraphs provided a communist government is the worst idea I have ever heard of. When people don't have basic rights like the ones provided in the Bill of Rights there is no unity between government and people.
Meanwhile, the theory of Communism was theoretically developed by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848, with the writing of “The Communist Manifesto” (Heywood, Politics 41). Communism is a system in which all economics and politics are synthesized into one classless state which is most commonly associated with common ownership and people 's leadership by a political party. Although both ideologies coincide in a few aspects when in practice, Communism and Fascism feature different approaches to property and society. Communism builds on the idea that everyone is the same and should earn the same amount of money regardless of their profession. The most important with communism is that there should not be any class distinctions. China, Laos, Cuba and Vietnam
Marx saw capital and liberal democracies as the fundamental reasons for the low standards of living and the low social conditions of workers. Karl Marx in particular is especially concerned with the political assumptions behind these two ideologies. According to him, these two types of government should be replaced by communism, since communism would provide a more equal and socially just society. Although this statement may seem unusual, since we tend to associate communism with Stalin and China, the type of communism implemented in these countries is different from the communism that Marx and Engels envisaged in their Communist Manifesto. Marx and Engels’ vision of communism is based on the principle of equality among the people and freedom
In the new society, people will be fully free (Cole). Furthermore, the following are things mention by Marx that need to end before communism can be implemented, Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally
